All the staff members are very polite and friendly. Miss Grizzly is always the center of attention when we are there and she enjoys it. Lisa was very gentle with Grizzly when she gave her the FVRCP Injectable, it was like Grizzly didn t even feel it. Thank you to all the staff at Noah s Westside, they make our visits go smoothly.

I’m Curtis Riley and I came in to have my cat seen and everyone in your organization altogether are wonderful. This is the first time that someone up there was absolutely awful and I would hate to see one person bring down your entire business even a little it was a lady veterinarian that saw my cat didn’t do the operation that I was told to come in for that needed to be ran on my animal. She kept trying to upsell me things I know don’t work and made that apparent to her that I do not like those, and I don’t think they work and then when I explained what I use because I know it works. She then lied and said it only worked for one day when I know that it keeps them off of them for three months the thing I use it says it right on the back that if any fees fleet on them for the next three months they would die and my cats absolutely do not have fleas. She walked in. I would say she wasn’t even in the room, maybe five or six seconds before she said that she had flea dirt on her fingers and two fleas so I tried to have her show them to me, but she quickly obviously didn’t have anything there. they are white cats there’s no such thing as flea dirt is flea eggs and they absolutely do not have any of fleas at all. I got them from a rescue so they make sure they don’t have them. I haven’t had them very long. I haven’t had any animals in the house before them for nearly a year. I’ve checked them and checked them. We haven’t had any fleas neither me or my mom on us seen not even one or even any specs of flea eggs in their fur nothing she absolutely lied. Tried to upsell me on overpriced stuff that I don’t like lied about what I know does work and did not run the process that I had previously made an appointment. I couldn’t attend because we couldn’t get my cat in the carrier, but that’s what they told us to come up there and have a analysis done and she said something about her bladder is too small and I don’t even I didn’t even see her feel for a bladder let alone x-ray to see if it is actually small or not so she didn’t run the analysis so I chased my cat around and got it in for three hours to get it in the carrier to make it up there by 8 o’clock in the morning, my pretty litter is turning blue so I know something is wrong. She’s starting to have unpleasant moans and then they asked me to bring in a sample of poop and or urine or both within a 24 hour period of it have happening and so I have one of them to run the tests on those samples that we did bring in and she said when I came back the next day to buy the products that I told her I didn’t wanna buy that she would run the analysis which at that point the samples won’t even be no good. I absolutely want a refund on because on the lab run on a lab result or whatever on the samples that will be no good anymore. I would like to put in a formal complaint. Please contact me. The doctor and staff were very caring and listened to what has been going on with the treatment of my dog at another veterinary office and were able to take the treatment to the next level.
