While we certainly understand that it’s an “emergency” room and pets are seen according to severity of issue, communication is key. We were left in a room with the door closed for almost 3 hours without a single word from any staff. No updates on our pet, and no word on how busy/backed up things were in back. Not until we opened the door did anyone acknowledge us. This was extremely frustrating. I would suggest better communication with the pet owners. Better communication beforehand would make the experience better and perhaps the huge bill for service wouldn’t be as hard to swallow.

Dr. Norman and the tech who helped us initially was amazing with both our pups, it really made the whole thing a positive experience for them!

I think 142.00 is a lot for a simple ear infection. Took vet. 5 min. With dog. Wait 2 hrs for ear test... but my boy needed antibiotics so. I took the hit

Excellent attention to details about my dog was amazing and very much a comfort to me. The customer service skills from the whole team were wonderful! The price paid for his visit was very fair and less than I had expected to pay. Thank you so much for Buddy’s excellent care.

The billing part was horrible. The communication between night shift and day shift was 2 different things from what we was told from the night shift.

I cannot say enough good things about Noah’s Westside Hospital. I wish I would have made note of everyone’s names so I could make special shout outs, but the whole staff was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful, kind and professional. I could tell that every single person there is there because they have an innate love and passion for animals and helping to heal them. I know our sweet Cricket received the best possible care, and for that, we are grateful.
