This is the first time I have used Noah Animal Hospital. I feel so very blessed to know that it is close enough to my home if ever I had an emergency with one of my three girls (cats/family). I would go again, a follow up call to see how Indy was doing would have been nice. He was sick with the scoots I am sure from the shots. He slept a lot today.

My grandson brought Copper in for me. I had called & let the front desk know I wanted Copper to get ALL his shots as he has to be sedated before he comes. My grandson unfortunately said he was trying to save money so guess he didn’t get all shots. I did come on next day to see what he needed. Girl said he needed a test ?name for which he needed to be sedated & it was due back In January. Wish they had performed that test. Otherwise your staff is always very cordial & always explains everything.

The experience is just like a human ER… wait times are long but what are you going to do when your pet needs help? We weren’t a true emergency but we definitely needed to be seen by an ER vet right away.

Every part of the process was wonderful. I called ahead and was met in the parking lot by a staff member who took my dog immediately to be evaluated. Everyone was kind and thorough. Much appreciated in an emergency situation!

Our nurse as well as Dr Potts were fabulous they explained every move that was made and why, they took great care with my baby, they treated him as if he was theirs, I like knowing that I can count on Noah s for the best

Staff was friendly. Examination itself always seems rushed/ too short to actually examine anything thoroughly. The examination room floor was super sticky and hairy.

Everyone was so nice—all the techs I saw, all the vets and the front desk staff. Even when i started randomly crying because i was worried about my cat and i probably looked insane. Great communication from everyone. I would recommend this hospital for all pet emergencies

Darcy and Carol were both very helpful in dropping and picking up Jacki. They carefully explained and understood that this was Jacki s first visit and purposely spent extra time making us - me specifically as this was our first time apart. Will definitely bring Jacki back for my next weekend away. I sensed that all would be ok when Darcy and Jacki walked away and she trotted to the elevator.

waited 2hr to get back to a room. Another 4hr til we left. Doctor was very busy (understandable)and little hurried during facetime. Understand was understaffed.

Ideally, hire more vets. Maybe have a portable pager on a lanyard so that we could take our pets outside for a bit when the wait is hours. Dr Schmidt and Holden were most competent and kind to my dog. All staff were accommodating.
