Very friendly and upfront informative... Only complaint was took a long time to pick up our dog . But realize that they had emergency cases and I m sure like everyone, short staffed. Over all very happy with service . Prices were high but who s aren t these days ... But our fur baby was worth every penny ????

The 3 stars was because it took 6 hours from start to finish. But we also understood that only a couple of doctors were working. We love the staff and how friendly they were. Especially on them offering us snacks and water. Everything overall was great. We are definitely coming back in case of any emergency or just as a vet.

Everyone was great! With the doctors on Bandit I felt like it received different answers on bandits follow ups. Bandit has ate since he’s been home and had very little blood in his stool once he went to the bathroom. I’ll be monitoring him very closely as I’ve been told this is normal since symptoms for HGE can last 2-4 days. I had to give a bandit a bath once we got home, I wish bandit was more cleaned up while he was staying at the hospital.

Came in with a sick puppy. I was taken straight into a room noticed while sitting in the room there is dog hair long like shepherd colored hair all over the floor. My puppy was pretty sick they came out and looked at it decided it didn t need to be treated so just put me in the room they eventually came and did a swab for parvo. Told me it would take about 10 minutes for the test. About 20 minutes later came back and said it was positive and that she would get with the doctor and the doctor would it be in. They did not bother to tell me that my estimated wait time would have been 2 hours sitting in that room. I got a little aggravated after an hour waiting in the room knowing I couldn t go out of the room because of the part of a positive puppy I called the office with my phone I m like did they forget about me or what s going on It was like you ve been here an hour and the estimated time when you came in is 1 to 2 hours I m like well thanks for letting me know no one else bothered to tell me this before. I brought my puppy in at 9:40 PM I got done and left there at 3 AM still lost my puppy.
