Everyone was so nice and caring. Wait time was really short Dr Schmidt was very informative also the girl who explained the billing. Thank you all for your caring so much. Abbey said she liked all of you.

Dr. Stephanie Lewis was beyond compassionate, empathetic, honest and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain to us what little options there were and supported us in our decision and helped to make us feel we were making the right choice in what was a situation that was extremely sad and devastating for us.

Myself and my hurt pup were treated amazing, the Doctor and assistant did everything for me and my dog, to put us at ease. Considering we had gone through a traumatic time before arriving with you. I can’t recommend you enough or thank you enough for your care.

Scheduling an appointment was easy, but had to book far out in advance. The vet tech who saw us was excellent. I think her name was Jess? She was listened to my questions and remembered what to ask the vet when we saw her.

They were very accommodating in allowing me to stay until my dog finished having her puppies. Her labor stalled for several hours and needed help getting going again. I was afraid if we left it would stall her again. They were very helpful! Would definitely recommend to others.

i was amazed at how high the prices are and that i had to pa a down payment so i could go to lunch while they worked on my dog. I have a follow up today as a matter of fact. im unsure of exactley what they are doing i know its costing me all my savngs.

Courtney, Hannah & Genesis were just awesome….as were the doctors who performed an emergency c-section. Courtney had to deliver the sad news that none of the puppies would probably survive and you could tell she was sincerely sorry…all 3 were just great!
