I wish I could remember the names of the girls who helped me but my dog had an app on 09.24 @ 8:40 AM. I tried going in the normal entrance but the doors were locked and lights were off. Went to the emergency entrance and one of girls said they had 4 people call out and that they didn t realize the other side of the office wasn t open yet. She walked me through and the computer system was giving her a hard time so she was going to check me in after getting my dog and I to the back. We went to go through the double doors to the exam rooms and it was locked. The girl helping me and a couple others couldn t find the key and had to bring me around the reception desk. I could tell they were going through it and super irritated with everything that was going wrong but they kept their composure and were super nice the entire time. They kept apologizing and I told them I understand as I also work in a medical office and know what it s like when that many people call out at once. Even under the stress of the computer system being down, the double doors being locked, 4 people calling out, and the printer running out of paper as she tried to print my receipt, everyone did a FANTASTIC job and I hope they can get recognized for how they handled the situation. My dogs name is Olive Wahid and she had an app on 09.24 @ 8:40 AM. Thank you for everything you guys do!

Vet Dr had no bedside manner or compassion. my dog had a positive heartworm test, a confirmation test was sent out alledgely, no response from vet as of today. no email sent on heartworm treatment, no follow up at all. second time i have been truly unsatified with Noah s. This is a commercial vet and they are only interested in money. never again...

Not the fault of the staff, wait times are long everywhere. They did make it more convenient by allowing me to leave my animal eventually until a vet could care for my pet.

I know it was an extremely difficult time to be seen but it would have been more helpful to know how much longer the wait time was going to be. I do appreciate the snacks and water.

Our reg vet was out of office for 4 days and minor problem would have gone critical had we waited to be seen. I managed to time my arrival during a lull, so wait time to see Dr was very reasonable. Dr checked him over, looked at records I had his reg vet office emailed over, and agreed with my suspicion of a flare up of a reoccurring problem. He prescribed the needed meds and we were on our way. It s comforting to know that we have a great back up when the reg vet isn t available.

We brought our Chihuahua, Roo, in on September 12 & 13. She was 16 and had seizures. The staff was so amazing with us. They didn t pressure us into any specific treatment route. After we brought her home and she continued having seizures, we made the difficult decision to put her to sleep. When I called to ask, the lady on the phone was so compassionate and understanding when I got upset while discussing it. The staff was amazing when we got there for it. The lady who put her IV in even had the gauze match her collar. That was the sweetest gesture. The Dr (I can t remember his name) was absolutely amazing. He explained everything, and even talked to Roo. It was the most peaceful procedure. I had been dreading this process because Roo had lived so long and I knew we would need to be making this decision. I am so glad we made the decision to do it here. Thank you to all the staff. Takes a long time out to get routine appointment. I know ER is available for illness but hard to get into regular appointment side very quickly.

Paid $800 to be told it was a gas bubble, didn y help with the fact that the pet hasn t eaten in days.

As a veterinary professional myself, it was a great relief that the staff was knowledgeable and prompt when treating my fathers cat. I am out of state and was assuming responsibility for payment and medical discussions on my father s behalf, and the staff was very understanding about this. Unfortunately, my father s cat returned today to be Euthanized, but the service was great even for a hard visit. I think you all are doing a great job, and I m very happy that you were available in our time of need. Thank you all!

Staff was fantastic. Hospital was busy, so our wait was long, but we understood why. A little more communication at intervals (90 mins-2 hours) to let people know the process is moving would be my only suggestion.

Brandon was very kind, gentle and helpful. I loved hearing him sing to our cat O Malley because we sing the same song to our kitty and we never said anything to Brandon about it. Our doctor was very good too. We did have a long wait to be seen, which was difficult for us as we get up very early for work (05:00). We arrived a short time before midnight and got home at 03:00 (we are 20-25 minutes away so we left about 2:20). O Malley is doing better and ate some food as soon as we got home. He isn t himself yet, but we can see him coming back slowly. Thank you for taking care of him and us.

Everyone was very nice gracious and courteous. We were taken care of and on our way home in just a few hours. Hopefully I will never need another emergency vet but if I do I will be driving the distance

The front desk staff, the girls in the back and the Dr were AMAZING!! I was greeted by the best person. I wish I could remember her name she was phenomenal. The place was clean and didn’t resemble a Vet’s office. I was pleased with the service.

They were very nice and explained the bill and Lenny s symptoms very well. It was very easy getting Lenny s appointment set up. They loved Lenny and they obviously cared about him. They took good care of my boy.
