Next time I hope the staff will tell me their names! No one told me who they are, not even my vet! I’m new so I don’t even know who my vet is. Everything else was great!

Staff was very friendly and polite. I would have liked to have seen the front desk staff a bit more friendly but did have great experience working with one girl (I believe her name was Nora or something like that) at the front desk working early afternoons

I called in advance so they were expecting me and SO THANKFUL I didn t have to wait in the car while they took her in because it was so cold outside. The wait time inside was a bit longer than I expected but I didn t let that bother me. Their emergency services are outstanding!
