A little update on time would have been helpful. Example, Doc has 3 paitents in front of you. Or, we only have one vet so it may take some time. The stress of being there in the first place was hard enough. But not talking to anyone for over an hr made it worse.

I felt slightly pressured to hurry and pick an option, the price was quite a bit more than what I was expecting, and I was waiting for quite a bit. I do realize there was already a wait and I had to wait for a sterilized room, but it was way more than I was expecting. However everyone was super friendly and nice. They made sure I understood what was going on.

Absolutely insane that someone scared me saying my dog had a spiral fracture and I was going to sign her over. Decided to get a second opinion and no break was even found

Way too long waiting time when got there before seeing anyone. Then long wait time in between everything they did. Almost 4 hours is too long for us and our pet

Rough time in life, staff were kind and compassionate. Room was dirty, very dirty. Floor not clean, dust and grime on all surfaces. Pricing was up front, no surprise, like that a lot. Patsy was most kind

Realize that due to covid restrictions at this time and nature of ER visits even for pets, understand that wait time to be seen and where wait will be is difficult to provide comfortably for all. Impressed with the ability of provider and staff to stay friendly and helpful during what had to be a long and stressful day.
