So nice to find a vet that helps. My old vet was awful, would never take sick appointments. Not only did you see my sick cat on the same day I called, I was new, you took the time and thoroughly understood the problems. I am so grateful that I have a new vet. Thank you

Your staff needs to check your records to make sure that the pet they are seeing does not have allergies before feeding them treats that are not hypoallergenic. At times the vets have made me feel stupid and seem to forget that not everyone knows much about medicine and that is why we come to them for help. Most people are doing their best to take care of their animals and it is better to be encouraging rather than condescending and treat them as being argumentative if they say that something may be difficult for them. This feedback is not only based on my last visit. Several of the vets have left me feeling misunderstood and dismissed, and treated as if I am not too bright for not understanding what is going on with my pets.
