Staff Provider Waiting Time
Dr. McCabe was genuinely the reason why we will never be coming back with our pets. She was condescending, dismissive, passive aggressive, and downright rude. I told her I did not have time or money to spare, and that my cat was very sick and being that it is a holiday weekend I did not want to end up in the ER. She responded by ensuring I was met with the lengthiest and most expensive options and outsourced our care directly to the ER. I have checked your website and reviews and see that you guys provide emergency care so I find it ironic you apparently don’t have a radiologist on site. I left the appointment with your office to go to the ER to continue my cat’s care, and sat in my car to tell my husband about the horrendous experience that I had and sobbed in your parking lot. We have been coming to your office for years and apparently your staff is competent enough to handle an annual visits and nothing more. When we needed a compassionate Vet because our wonderful cat was sick for the first time in her life, we trusted you and were severely let down. I cannot express to you the stress this caused for myself, my husband, and our sweet cat. We will never be coming back because I cannot trust a doctor on your staff to take me or my sick cat seriously. I cannot stress enough what a horrendous experience I had. I do not want to be contacted because I would like this experience to finally end.

Aside from the high level of care, we chose your practice because of its fear-free approach. Having a corgi (and corgi owners know), this visit was a prime example of what can be accomplished when a dog s feelings are being acknowledged and respected.

Thank you Dr Andrews and staff for helping me with my old senior girl and getting to the correct diagnosis. Also thank you for dealing with Bellas squeamish mother for getting over her fear of giving needles. I still don t like them but I can give them to Bella with more confidence I won t hurt her.

I was given a new medication for my aging beagle, and told how to inject it. I am having trouble doing it (will call the office for help) and do not fully understand why she needs it. I will work on getting a better understanding.

Haha, everything was perfect and it’s always a great experience coming to Longwood as we have since you first opened. The only problem I’ve encountered was with the above survey . On our copy, all of the 5 Stars were already filled in. I clicked on a few but nothing happened, so you might want to contact the survey company and tell them to leave the stars blank so clients can fill them out themselves.

As always i am beyond thrilled with the care my animals have always received from Longwood. Every person from front desk back to the physicians is a dream. Now with my senior dog, Brody, it is more imperative than ever that I feel he is pampered and cared for more than ever since he has given us years of love and devotion.
