Always a great experience! Every staff member is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure your pets needs are met. I have never had to wait to go into my appointment. I have been to other vet clinics in the area with my previous pets but Longwood, by far, is the best.

I have been coming here for years. My pet was sick in the late afternoon, upon calling there were no appointments available. I was told that I can come in and it would be an Emergency Visit. I feel if you are a longtime customer I don’t understand why the charge. We all love our pets so of course I paid the fee. I feel that this is wrong.
