I brought in a stool specimen with my dog and gave it to them. On a call to review his lab results I was told I had not brought in a specimen but was charged for it so I should bring one in within two weeks or I would be charged again if came in past two weeks

I really appreciated the phone calls from Dr. Knipe and another staff member with updates about my cat s procedure and recovery from anesthesia. It was a relief to know he was doing well and that I would be able to pick him up earlier than expected, especially because I had a 50 minute commute each way. A caring and professional staff. The girls at the front desk are so friendly and feel like family! Dr Andrews is so knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining my dog s issues. She is so compassionate and my dog loves coming to see her. Dr Andrews s medical assistant was very helpful in the room.

I thought that Roo s nail trim was a courtesy trim, but it was billed as regular fee. I do appreciate the help with trimming his nails as always, usually done as a courtesy. Bea (Dr. McCabe) is always great and takes time with me always - love her and how patient she is with my pets. Thanks to all.

We had the best experience with our three dogs at any vet ever (and that covers 55 years)! Dr. Parsons and her assistant made both our pets and ourselves feel welcome and cared for, with excellent medical attention. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Dr. Webb was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable as well as my cat. She explained everything clearly and now my kitty if back to her old self again. The staff there is terrific. Everyone is fantastic. I refer everyone to you.

Everything about LV is top notch. My doxie got her nails trimmed and I was able to purchase bags of her special kibble. The most appealing aspect of the business is the high caliber and dedication of the staff, particularly Christine in the main entrance. She is without peer.

There were dogs in the cat waiting area that should not have been there. I also feel like every visit to your office is a $150+ sales pitch to try to get me to spend more money at your already overpriced practice.

The nurses and entire staff were great with our difficult dog- very efficient and friendly. Thank you for always doing g a great job!
