Dr. Carla Andrews is the most caring, compassionate and smart vet. I never feel rushed. I feel that she has my and pet s best interest at heart. She is careful about costs. She comes up with several solutions. She and her team are just the BEST!

My dog is an anxious pain in the butt at the vet. The 2 nurses that gave him his meds were kind, patient and awesome! They didn t make me feel like my dog s bad behavior was my fault. Thanks for that...

Dr Knipe provided excellent care to Emma! She explained each step they were going to do keeping me in the loop as to results of all her diagnostic studies. She listened to my concerns & came up with a mutually agreeable plan of care for our Emma. So very grateful for the care she received! Thank you!

The service provided was reminiscent of the level of customer attention provided prior to the pandemic. Stellar !!

When I came in there were already two large dogs in the waiting area. One kept barking loudly. The receptionist told me to sit on the cat side, which I did. A lady came in with two cat carriers and after checking in, she wasn t very kind to me about sitting on the cat side. I told her I was instructed by the receptionist to sit there. She complained to the receptionist and the receptionist politely showed her into an exam room. I think the receptionist handled the situation very well!

Evenything about the visit was excellent. The doctor and assistants were all warm, kind, professional and thorough. The only thing is that the services are so expensive. I know you can t do much about that. I realize it takes a lot to keep a practice going and yours is very professional.

The entire team was very kind and caring to Snow and took all the time needed to answer our questions and explain things. Never feel rushed here and that is wonderful.
