Dr. Andrews was very helpful. She took extra time with me, answered all my questions, and was very supportive about Bailey. She and her team handled Bailey expertly under difficult circumstances. Front desk is run expertly also and all are friendly. Thanks to you all.

I do feel the prices are extremely high, but I know that LVC is thorough and cares for the animals they are servicing. In addition, I wish that they still offered car side service because it was safer.

Dr Wendy Freeman is awesome she nailed right away what was wrong with Max . She is very knowledgeable patient with max and his owners. I am glad she works at longwood

We were in and out in a flash.

I had great difficulty booking an appt. I was told no times were available for a week even though my dog had an issue and needed to be seen. I asked to be put on cancellation list and was told 3 people were already in it. Seemed liked the receptionist didn’t want to be bothered. I ended up calling the next day and got lisa as receptionist and she was so helpful. She said that my dog should be seen and that they saved appointments for emergency and offered me two different appointment times. Not sure why it was so difficult from one day to the next.

The experience is always 5+ stars. Being able to check out in the exam room makes things easier.

Longwood veterinary center is above and beyond our pets vet… 4 dogs later, they are an extension of the family.. each and every team member who we know care as much about us and our furry family Members as we do. The outstanding professionalism and expertise is surpassed only. by their compassion and care. ??
