We were in and out in a flash.

I had great difficulty booking an appt. I was told no times were available for a week even though my dog had an issue and needed to be seen. I asked to be put on cancellation list and was told 3 people were already in it. Seemed liked the receptionist didn’t want to be bothered. I ended up calling the next day and got lisa as receptionist and she was so helpful. She said that my dog should be seen and that they saved appointments for emergency and offered me two different appointment times. Not sure why it was so difficult from one day to the next.

The experience is always 5+ stars. Being able to check out in the exam room makes things easier.

Longwood veterinary center is above and beyond our pets vet… 4 dogs later, they are an extension of the family.. each and every team member who we know care as much about us and our furry family Members as we do. The outstanding professionalism and expertise is surpassed only. by their compassion and care. ??

I think it is wonderful that when Dr. Andrews says she will call with information, she always follows through and answers all questions. I also think the whole staff is friendly and helpful.

When I arrived and gave my name it didn t seem like I was expected. Then, when I entered the examination room my dog (Pete) was addressed as Tom. It made me question the accuracy of whatever else might be in his record. Also, when I was getting ready to leave I was told to return in 3-4 weeks to check on how his ears are progressing, and that I could get his remaining shots at the same time. When I called to schedule the appointment I was told that he was due for his shots on 8/18.

Dr. Hanna and the vet techs were wonderful. I love being able to check out in the exam rom!

Every visit has been great for the last 17 years!

So appreciative that Dr Andrews spent extra time with me and Riley. Riley has a heart condition and is on many meds so it was informative to get explanations on what to do with Riley.

I am always happy with the care I receive from Dr Kneipp.

Everything about LVC is top notch; from walking in the door to exiting.

Dr Kim knipe is good. I known her she was my former patient. Dr parsons she’s good. She took care of my boy. Alissa she id great she brushed my Kirby boys knots out. Very kind. Means alot to me and him. Christine she is nice too. Front desk.

As always my cat got the best care and all of your staff are professional, amazing, just the best team!

Excellent staff at Longwood , very friendly , greeted immediately by Jessica and Christine at front desk and Hayley was taking care of promptly by her nurse and Dr. Andrews. Very happy with the our visit and the care and the treatment Hayley was given.
