This was our first visit to your practice and we were very impressed. Dr. Knipe was excellent and very loving and kind toward our cats. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, sharing both personal experiences and professional opinions. The vet techs and other staff were also helpful, kind, and caring. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to pay inside the exam room rather than in the waiting room again, which in the past has been an anxiety inducing part of the visit for our animal companions. We are so happy with our choice to use Longwood Vets! Thank you!

Everyone is always so kind to us and our 2 dogs.

The staff at Longwood Vet are some of the best I have met. I never see a frown and they are always happy to see us even though my dog tends to wipe out the treat jars trying to lick the girls. They answer questions quickly and I am not put on hold forever waiting. I have nothing bad to say - just keep up the great work!!

The vet was great. They were very gentle with my Rosie. Loved the room and Rosie loved the cat tree by the window.

Reception was excellent. And both the doctor and attending vet techs were very helpful and knowledgeable. Attending doctor took the time to address all issues and questions. She was excellent.

My dog is a bit fearful and dreads going to the vet, but Dr. Parsons is always so gentle and patient with him. Her wonderful bedside manner, experience, and confidence put us both at ease every time. I feel so lucky to have her as my vet!!
