I like the questionnaire in advance of the visit…this helps both Dr & patient. Appreciate Dr presenting medication options & her caring manner!

I give a 5 star rating on our recent visit with Dr. Andrews. She is always attentive to my dog, Brady s health and well being. She answers my questions and shows true concern for any issues that Brady might entail. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

My comment is that I don’t understand the star system on the survey! They start out all gold; does that mean if I don’t touch them, I am giving you a perfect rating? Seems counterintuitive. I was very happy with all aspects of my visit, however.

We live Longwood vets! We had an emergency and as soon I arrived at the the hospital I felt much better and knew that my pup is in good hands.

Wendy is the best Vet ! She is very patient with my mom and takes great care of my mom dog max and also my cat Scotch . Also takes great care of the sheep and alpaca. We will miss her when she finally retires

The team was terrific! Our little Callie was so frightened by the coming shots, she hid under the beach in the waiting room. The staff lay down on the floor too!

Always a valuable experience

I was very pleased with my visit. Although my dog has seen the team I have never met them due to the pandemic. They were very gentle with my dog and very thorough and professional.

Service is always prompt and wonderful.

Dr. Strine was awesome with Sophie and very patient with me! She took her time to explain the procedure and why she does this approach. I was so overwhelmed going into this appointment but left comfortable with the decision that was made to help my precious girl! Thank you!

Unfortunately, the excellent star would not work. I really like yout facility, the kindness and courtious staff. Doctor Freeman certainly made it easier to deal with my pet problem. She took the time to examine Mooface, Took the time to explain her condition and made a good judgement in recommending a Neurologist. Carolina really care and gentle with Moonface. One of a KInd. She s a keeper. If there was a 10 Star, she deserves it.
