Love this place! Everyone is great to work with, all doctors are excellent and take their time with you and they have convenient times.

I really value the level of caring and attention that all the doctors and staff provide.

We have been very happy with the doctors’ willingness to look beyond standard medications to meet our pets’ specific needs (especially this pet). They are listening and thinking. This is why we drive 30 minutes each way, past several other vets to get to Longwood.

I have been coming to this office with my dogs for at least 14 years, maybe more. I live in DE so it is a ride to get there, but this office was recommended to me by the Animal emergency care vet practice in DE. We have been so pleased for so many years with all of our pets.

After taking our puppy to a another vet practice I was feeling quite discouraged...they didn’t take the time to answer my questions and I felt rushed. Longwood was the complete opposite! They were so wonderful and really took the time to answer all of our “new puppy” questions.

I was dog & house sitting for my parents while they were traveling abroad for a death in the family. We called minutes after Cairo’s incident, and were told he was not in the system. After calling every other vet nearby and being told closest one was in Christiana, we called back to ask you to look Cairo up one more time. The receptionist answered and said “okay I can try looking you up again but we can’t see you today”. Whoever was answering the phone did not seem like they cared or wanted to help. It seemed once she talked to the vet, she then understood that Cairo could come in. We explained that he was bleeding & were then told to come in right away. From then on you all were phenomenal. THANK YOU for helping us, Cairo is doing great :)

When it s time for shots, I think that coming out to the car is much preferable! Would really like this to be continued even when we are in person . Staff super as always. Callie much less stressed ??. Thank you.
