The vet and assistant were extremely kind. The woman who cleaned Trevor s ears was gentle and kind. I had a great experience.

I felt your office staff was extremely friendly and willing to make my dog Shelby feel welcome! To be honest the only thing I would hope would change with times that are hard right now are your cost s were a bit high and after being with the same Veterinarian for almost 20yrs. I paid only 15$ for a office visit and even the Flea/ tick meds etc. are cheapest there in West Chester .. That may be rare but I have been to other places and your office was in a higher price area. I loved everyone there though!

Dr. Sorensen is the best!!! Also loved the cat room- my kitties loved scratching and climbing the tree and devouring Lean Treats. The front desk staff and nurses I interacted with were super friendly and helpful, and the clinic itself was lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend!

I ve been going to Longwood Veterinary Center for over 20 years and I could never go anywhere else. This most recent time with my cat Shamus was no exception ... the care he received was above and beyond. I called daily and had so many questions and never felt like I was a bother, I was encouraged to come visit Shamus to boost his morale :) I know Longwood cares ... Dr. Strine and Dr. Andrews are amazing. Thank you again!

We were given way too much pain medication for Remi. Would appreciate it if it was discussed more b4 prescribing. It is a waste of medication and money. Understand you want to pet to be comfortable, but would rather come back for more than waste it. THX for great care and caring!
