I am always grateful for the service at Longwood. The facility looks great, too and I believe my pets are always well served.

Always a pleasure working with the veterinarians, techs and front office staff at this practice. They are wonderful with all of our pets.

Dr. Knife and the staff have taken great care of Emilie for 16 years. I really appreciate that because of them I still have my little girl with me.

After taking our puppy to a another vet practice I was feeling quite discouraged...they didn’t take the time to answer my questions and I felt rushed. Longwood was the complete opposite! They were so wonderful and really took the time to answer all of our “new puppy” questions.

I was dog & house sitting for my parents while they were traveling abroad for a death in the family. We called minutes after Cairo’s incident, and were told he was not in the system. After calling every other vet nearby and being told closest one was in Christiana, we called back to ask you to look Cairo up one more time. The receptionist answered and said “okay I can try looking you up again but we can’t see you today”. Whoever was answering the phone did not seem like they cared or wanted to help. It seemed once she talked to the vet, she then understood that Cairo could come in. We explained that he was bleeding & were then told to come in right away. From then on you all were phenomenal. THANK YOU for helping us, Cairo is doing great :)

When it s time for shots, I think that coming out to the car is much preferable! Would really like this to be continued even when we are in person . Staff super as always. Callie much less stressed ??. Thank you.

My cell phone silenced the doctor’s call so she came outside to discuss her findings with me. I appreciate that very much.

Dr. Mc Cabe was wonderful with Hayley. She takes her time and always listens to our concerns and Gives great advice as well. Very pleased with our visit and no problems with the rabies vaccine either.

I ve been a client for 22 years and Longwood Veterinary Center has been magnificent with all my animals, each of which has had complicated medical problems. Love LVC and would never take my animals anywhere else.

Our family has worked with Dr. Strine since Longwood Veterinary opened 20+ years ago. I cannot say enough for the service, treatment, diagnoses, and compassion. The staff is top notch and responsive as well. I would not go anywhere else.

I loved the notes at the end of the summary sheet and especially the one letting me know my pup was brave!

I liked the doctor a lot but i felt the pricing was a bit on the high side.

As my critters and I are new to the practice, I just want to get to know the staff better. It is heart-breaking to hand my precious pet over to people that neither she nor I know. From the staff member who greeted us, the doc, and the other folks, I was reassured. But I want to be inside with my pets and see what goes on behind the scenes . My prickly 12 year old cat will be next. Perhaps it is better that I not be inside .... My previous vets have been my best friends. This is an entire new experience. I hope that you understand my concerns.
