We were given way too much pain medication for Remi. Would appreciate it if it was discussed more b4 prescribing. It is a waste of medication and money. Understand you want to pet to be comfortable, but would rather come back for more than waste it. THX for great care and caring!

This was our first visit, and it was a very good one. I felt supported and educated as a new pet owner. Both the doctor and nurse showed a great deal of compassion and skill when examining my dog, and I was grateful for their care.

The techs were very helpful. My dog was having a vestibular attack and having trouble walking. They knew just what she needed to move. And helped me get her back in the car.

Dr. Andrews and the staff spent a great deal of time with us on Lyra s health issues. Dr. Andrews said she would call the next day with test results and she did. She even helped us find a pharmacy where Lyra s medicine would be reasonably priced. We are appreciative of how we and Lyra were treated.

Doctors Freeman and Parsons, along with their expert assistants, were compassionate and caring with my sweet cat and me as they tried to diagnose her current symptoms. I am particularly grateful that they saw us quickly when I called on both Tuesday and Thursday. The receptionists are always excellent both on the phone and in person. It is so helpful that they always take the time to patiently discuss the need and offer a word of encouragement to a very anxious pet parent. A big thank you to all at Longwood Veterinary!

Once again, the staff and Doctors at LVC treated our elderly family dog with plenty of TLC at her recent emergency appointment. Dana kindly gave us an immediate appointment on a Saturday morning, Cheryl caringly assisted while Dr. McCabe professionally tested, diagnosed and treated our dog lovingly. Monday morning, Dr. Strine also called with her future plan for keeping our dog healthy. During our time at LVC, many other concerned staff members welcomed and checked on our patient.
