I just wanted to pass this along. Talking with another dog owner who also brings their pet here said you will alway have the best outcome, these ladies will not give up,and find the best way to make sure your pet is happy and healthy

Every item was a 5 star!!! Bobbie, my Pet was happy & loved all the treats!!

I gave 4 on the question 5 because, the entrance door to the clinic is very inconvenient. It has one entrance door and then 2 more narrow doors, on left and right, and it s hard to get in and out with pet bag in 1 hand and other things to carry and then open the doors. Single door or sliding doors would be best for entering your clinic.

I like this office and the staff there. If possible I would suggest to look into ways of making pet care more affordable. Thank you!

The Longwood Veterinary team is always courteous, friendly, and helpful. I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else. The way that each person has such a customer-centered, compassionate approach... it is so very clear that this team loves what they do and I sincerely appreciate all that they do!

I would like to say how happy we are to see Dr. Parsons. She is our go-to vet for sure. We can always trust her with our fur babies. The waiting time and service of all staff is always great.

This was the first time our dog has been LVC for an annual check and he we due for a number of vaccines. I would have preferred to have known each one as he received them. It ended up that one of the vaccines was forgotten in the exam room and was given in the lobby while we checked out. Overall good experience and will return.

Dr.McCabe is wonderful with our cats.She always takes the time to listen to our concerns. Christine and the staff always are very helpful and do a terrific job.

We have seen two different veterinarians since we have been coming to your place. I really liked both of them and how they handled our cat and dog. I am very pleased with the veterinarians that Longwood has and the calmness they bring forth to our pets. Keep up the good job. I can honsetly say other veterinarians haven t been this way and our dog and cat have made that clear to me. Again, thank you for working so well with our little bundles of joy.

We know that your fees are high but we also know that we got immediate care of our very hurt little dog and that s important.
