I was very pleased with my appointment for Munch yesterday. Everyone was so pleasant and kind. I particularly appreciated that the doctor clearly explained my options, but did not try to push me toward the more expensive one. Munch is already doing so much better! I had a chat with my neighbour today and won’t be surprised if you see him and his three Yorkies in the not too distant future! ??

This was a last minute call to see if we could see the vet. As always, I was very impressed with how willing the staff were to try to make arrangements to be able to see me same day. While at the clinic, Dr Johnson and his staff were very good at making sure I understood what they were doing and why. At the end, they processed my insurance and took payment for what was owing after. The staff at MVC is the reason we drive 45 mins to see a vet when there are other options only 20 mins away! Thank you again MVC!

I brought buddy in to have his hind legs evaluated for the cause of his limping and discomfort. Dr Zach and the staff did the clinical tests required to determine his condition. When I came to pick up my pup Dr Zach spent the time to fully explain buddy’s condition and to recommend some viable treatment options. I felt a high level of comfort that what we chose for buddy’s treatment gives him a good chance at some quality of life. I find it hard to get through when calling into the clinic. I also find that when arriving there is a wait time before anyone is present at the front. They assist promptly when they do make it to the front. I am always grateful to the vets for treating my pets as I do, and for caring as much as they do. They answer questions and provide detailed information.
