I would personally like to thank Zach and all the people at the Clinic for being so helpful and able to adjust for unforeseen issues that arise in the course of the work done, whether annual cattle herd health, or the dog that ate the M+M s!!! Thanks a bunch! I regret that I missed the Desert Information Night at the Agri-Park and I apologize. I hope someone was able to step up and eat the desert that I sadly, missed! LOL! Thanks. Ours was a farm call for our horse , Duke , in extreme distress. Your vets ( and assistant) were professional, helpful and empathetic during a very trying situation. Our horse ultimately had to be put down , with compassionate care that we so appreciated. Thank you for helping Duke find a peaceful end and helping us deal with a difficult time.

I never received this survey when I had to put my dog down a while ago and did have some suggestions from that experience… Being interrupted during my last few moments alone with him to be asked if I wanted to “pay now or wait until after to pay” was extremely frustrating. Especially since I had just been asked that by another staff member and then asked if I wanted some alone time with him before he was euthanized. So some communication between staff during that time would have been helpful and also just knowing that we clearly understand there is a cost with every vet visit. I doubt anyone will be trying to quietly sneak out the door and dodge their bill. Either have the conversation before the appointment, or just wait until after everything is said and done. Also, I was mortified when with the dog prints I received a print of his nose and mouth. It hurt my heart imagining his face being smushed into a piece of paper like that… I see that recently nose prints are becoming a thing (I had never seen it before) so I would just suggest maybe asking what kind of print someone would want of their beloved pet. I understand that it wasn’t done to be malicious, just harder to imagine and process during such a sensitive time. Everyone was extremely great and kind and understanding during the whole process. That I am thankful for. But just a couple suggestions since you asked! Thankful for your team for sure.

All the staff were great, answered all our questions. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

My only request would be to have staff offer/suggest to clip Jessie s nails (they were in need of it), especially because she was sedated. It completed slipped my mind, but other than that we love Melville Vet clinic.

Love Barb! She has seen all my pets for many years now. She is why I travel to you from Yorkton. The new assisting staff that I have seen since the new update have also been super friendly and you can see the love they have for the animals as well! So well done on the new transformation with the building/staff/upgrade, and of course the new owners!!!
