Great farm visit, Dr Jess was, as usual great at explaining what she was doing, and answering questions. The crew she had were also great, double checking that everything we wanted done was in fact covered.

All is good however not happy with the following... to obtain any drugs needed on the farm at other times, a vet visit is required every two years but if not needed it s a waste of time and money for the vet and Rancher. Our Ranching business hasn t changed in 40 yrs, we call the vet to the ranch only in extreme emergency circumstances, we feel this should be a consideration and all that is necessary.

Lots has changed since the 25 years that I have worked with Dale. I didn t have to worry about funds at that precise moment - he did what was necessary and bill me later. Sometimes I m more concerned with the welfare of my pets and couldn t be bothered with the bill. ie: C-section, etc. I just want to get home. The new facility is great, and friendly staff.

The upgraded clinic is beautiful and clean and welcoming. I got to shake Dr. Jess s hand and of course all the staff is friendly and polite. Always a pleasure.
