i had issues with getting into a room. had an appointment for months. when being called into the room they did not realize my cat was a cat and had to send me back to wait while they set it up for a cat. when they finally called me to the room, as i was walking in with my cat in her carrier, another tech decided to take a short cut through said room with a very large dog in tow. this could have been a very dangerous situation. if i had a dog that didn t like other dogs. they didn t know or check. i had to hold back with they walked through. once i got to the room i ended waiting another 20minutes before the tech showed up, only after i asked what was taking so long. when the tech showed up she didn t have my file, just a blank sheet of paper to ask questions about my 18year old cat. I love Dr. Lee and usually the techs are more on the ball but this was very disappointing to be treated that way

Our dog, Rusty, went in for a bath. Andy did an excellent job. Rusty looked beautiful!

Dr. Tomko was great, and so was Jessica. We normally see Dr. Evangelopolis, but we were very pleased with Dr. Tomko.

Don’t feel like I should’ve been charged for an examination when I was there for a second round of shots. Examination lasted less then 5 minutes.

Did not see the Doctor. My dog just went there for her yearly shots. I was not back there with my dog when she got her shots so I don t know about te quality of care they took.

I am always happy with the Dr s and staff when we visit, I will continue to come for the care of our pups

Dr. Lee and Ellen were amazing with our two fur babies! They were very efficient and gentle addressing both our cats different needs. There was one more tech who helped with shots at the end of the appointment, and she was wonderful with our pets, too!

Dr Lee is terrific and our dog, Oma loves her and the assistants.
