I always ask for a printed receipt when paying. This was the first time we asked for the bill to be emailed. Never received a bill and would appreciate the bill ASAP via email.

Kobe came in for a grooming, as always seems like you did a wonderful job. I’m not sure if we received the desheddiing. He has clumps of hair still falling out. My son dropped him off so I’m not sure if the info was conveyed properly. Deshedding was on the online. Otherwise happy dog.

The doctor and vet tech were amazing. The vet was very knowledgable and caring towards my pets needs.

Dr. Lee called twice with updates. She did a wonderful job with benign mass extractions, teeth extractions and a dental cleaning. Everyone is the office is terrific.

Your prices are really expensive. I just spent $600 on shots for my three dogs. That’s outrageous. It really makes it difficult to bring the dogs in.

We think Dr. Glassberg is the best. The Vet assistant that took care of Abbey on 4-24-26 was exceptionally good in the sense that she explained questions I had in a clear, concise manner. I forgot her name, but she was outstanding.

Siamese Queen Mandy says she is very happy with the care and treatment she is receiving and will tell the other kitties in her Queendom to come to you.

Our appointment was at 10am but we weren’t callled in until about 10:40.

This was for a grooming; not a doctor appointment... My dog was there for six (6) hours, but I m fairly certain she was merely kenneled for up to four (4) of those hours. I would have happily dropped her off later in the day, rather than waiting/wondering/worrying what was going on for that amount of time. When I asked to make a future grooming appointment, I was told that you no longer take grooming appointments outside of the month in which I needed it -- that would be July. Honestly, I ve noticed the wait time has grown over the years, which I why I make my next grooming appointment on the day of the grooming we just completed. We ll see how this works out, I suppose, but I anticipate that when I call on July 1, that I ll be told the next available appointment is in September/October which will be far too late for us. I believe Sara does an excellent job and I trust all of you guys there, so it would break my heart to have to find a new groomer.

Oma came in for an emergency appointment. Dr Lee was terrific -compassionate, patient and went above and beyond to treat Oma and explain to us. We are so appreciative of her care and thank her.

All the doctors are wonderful. Dr Alice and Dr Glassberg are particularly perfect.

I had to wait one hour in the room waiting for the doctor. I was told there was an emergency so I understand, but I do usually have to wait a long time when I’m there. Fortunately it is worth it and I won’t change doctors. I just have to know that happens.

I started coming to Sunnycrest when it was a small facility back in early 1975, when my small cat Sam was about 5 years old. He lived to 19.5 years old. Over the many years, I ve brought all my cats to Sunnycrest for care. That should tell anyone how great it is.

I can’t speak highly enough about your groomers! They always do a fantastic job with Kio. I always recommend your business to all my friends.

My appointment was with Dr. Blanco. She should of informed me that she would not be doing the acutal procedure with my dog, but rather her assistant would be giving my dog her injection and perform another procedure. What was odd is the assistant took my dog to a different area to do this, out of my sight. I did not feel comfortable with this and next time will insist the procedures are done in my presence or request someone else. The assistant was fine it makes me second guess if she even performed the procedures that were requested.
