Dr.Rosenberg was very good at explaining the recommendation treatment for my elderly dog. I only entered the facility and remained near the front door due to the corona virus safety measures so I was not able to really judge how clean the facility looked.

We ve always received excellent service from Sunnycrest Animal Hospital. The staff members are always pleasant, caring and helpful. The doctors never make me feel uncomfortable when we re talking about expenses related to treatments and are always upfront about those expenses. I m very happy with Sunnycrest and pleased that they have instituted protocols that make it possible for my dog to receive veterinary care during the pandemic.

Were very grateful to all SUNNYCREST doctors because with scary CoronaVirus people dying lots of pet clinics are closed including most Pet Emergency clinics! Even if it was a very long wait at SUNNYCREST it was very much worth the wait!!!!! Because all Doctors & staffs worked sonvery hard without taking any lunch just to accommodate each of us patient’s! If I could give 100 ?? stars ?? I would!!! I always highly recommend all the doctors in SUNNYCREST because their all amazingly wonderful! Thank you for the superb excellent services always worth the wait????????!

the dog was let into the office 30 minutes after the appointment time, and the exam was not over for another hour. Since we are not allowed into the building it is unknown why a blood draw and simple exam took so long. Also the dog came back limping, which seems to have gone away, but questions how he was handled.

I love and trust the care my many dogs have received at Sunnycrest Animal Care Center. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I so appreciate all the services offered under one roof. My dogs have received state of the art medical care, grooming, and boarding there. I’m so grateful for the loving care my dogs have received from this wonderful professional staff.

I was extremely dissatisfied with our last visit. If I could have been with my cat during the exam, she would have been able to be examined and diagnosed. As it was, they would not make any exceptions and I had to pay for an examination that was not able to be done since my cat is difficult to handle. I was appreciative that they worked us into their schedule on short notice, but my cat is no better than she was and I still have no idea what is wrong with her or what prognosis to expect. Not being able to be with your animal during stressful times like this is hard for the animal and owner--not to mention unneccessary. If I wear a mask, and if masks are truly effective, why should exceptions not be made in situations like ours? As for cleanliness, how would I ever be able to speak about that when I was only allowed to be in the parking lot? I can only say that after years of bringing my pets here, I was vastly disappointed.

The service and care was great, however I made an appointment for my dog Benny at 11am but Benny was not called in till 11:30. It was really hot that day to be sitting in the car with him. He began to get impatient :( other than that everything was good.

We are new to your practice: 2 visits. Both times we waited in our car: first time for 60 min; second for 50 min. It seems you are over-scheduling for what staff can handle. I even told vet the follow up visit was not time-sensitive, but it was scheduled during short (july 4th) week. Care by Dr. Rosenberg is excellent; but I am on the fence about if we will keep coming here or if I would refer anyone due to extensive wait times.

Sunnycrest is literally my EVERYTHING! I m in the military, I leave monthly to train and this year, 2020, I ve left for longer periods of time to help with Fires, Covid and most recently, the riots. Sunnycrest took care off my furry baby for almost the entire month of June. I have no one that could help me care for her, but now I have Sunnycrest. I was told to report for the Riots with only 1 days notice, I called Sunnycrest, almost in tears, in fear for my furry baby, they literally made exceptions to drop of her off the next day with no appointment. I love Sunnycrest and the way they carry for us!!! And the staff is incredibly sweet to us everytime!
