Everyone at Sunnycrest is always kind, caring, and helpful. It is always puts me at ease that my furry friend is treated so well.

I have to say after all these years the visit was awful. I arrived at 4:45 for my 5pm visit and was not seen until almost 6:15. This is not acceptable. I did not see the doctor they took animals in n called when done. Team was so overbooked ...

Let people know when you are running an hour behind on appointments. Dogs should not be kept in cars for that long and it’s not good customer service to not inform people you are running behind schedule. My appointment took 3 hours

I took one of my cats to get spayed and had a great experience , I have my other cats surgery scheduled and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I came during COVID protocols. I can t believe patients parents wouldn t wear a mask. I mean, how many patients go home with cones, and they certainly aren t thrilled about that! So although it was odd, it worked out fine to be outside. But, I wouldn t dream of dropping my kitty at the door if kitty was there for euthanasia. I d have to be there, so Lap of Love it is, when that day comes again. It was really the best way to say goodbye, at home where everyone is as comfortable as can be on such a sad day. Hang in there Sunnycrest, thanks for being open!

Great service. Only negative comment is that I had to wait over 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Understandable during the changes that we’re having to experience with everything.

It s a 2 hour visit or more every time we visit Sunnycrest. That is a long time to sit in a hot car. Maybe scheduling fewer appointments so it doesn t take as long is something that can be considered. We do love all the Drs and staff at Sunnycrest.

So happy that this care is so close to where we live!

Dr Rosenberg and her vet tech are absolutely wonderful. Son incredibly kind, thorough, and caring. I could tell Sophie is in the best of care; they went above and beyond to provide recommendations for senior dog care and answered all my questions.

A little bit more organization when bringing in a large excitable dog. No one was there to help when I was approaching the side door (as instructed). Just someone to direct traffic.

The wait time was long, 40 min past my appointment waiting in the car due to current circumstances. However, I understand given the new restrictions we are all doing our best and I’m thankful you all are still available to meet are furbabies needs. Staff were all kind and Dr. James very caring and patient. Thank you all for all you do!

Thank you for all you do for my beloved dog. I am very saddened about your new policy regarding euthanasia. These pets are our family. Handing them off at this critical point in their lives would be devastating. How about using the side door and adjoining room instead? Strict appointments, masks & protocol. No exceptions! It can work. Please reconsider. Thank you.

We found Sunnycrest during COVID-19 and are extremely happy with the care, service, and staff. I have had unpleasant vet visits in the past with other centers and was so relieved to find Sunnycrest. Thank you for loving our pets so quickly.

The Dr couldn t talk to me. Going into surgery. Offered to call later but there was no need for that.
