It was so efficient, really quicker and easier than usual when no Covid19 threat. Went really well.

I moved here from Oregon almost 2 years ago, and my vet office there was awesome. I have some pretty tough standards. Your clinic has more than exceeded my expectations. I am so relieved to have found such a great place to take my pets.

I had called inquiring about grooming service for my dog. The employee that took the call was nice, but not well informed. I ended up scheduling an appointment for grooming on the 28th. Once I arrived in the parking lot, I called the clinic and said I was on property. I was then informed that the groomer was not in and won t be until May, but I can have my dog bathed. I was very disappointed and canceled my appointment. I should have been given that critical information during my initial call.

Only thing that I questioned was that I asked for both dogs to have summer cuts which to me is solitar to the length of fur on a daschound (very short). On both my dogs the groomers left their fur to be about an inch long. That is not a summer cut. I normally go to a groomer who always gives them summer cuts. I came to your place because of Covid-19 virus and the precautious take. Just wish they had given them true summer cuts.

We very much appreciate all of you at Sunnycrest Animal Care Center. The warm friendly smiles and caring gentleness demonstrated to our loved ones at every visit is both heartwarming and comforting. I utilized the grooming services offered for the first time, due to Covid-19 the groomer I have used for the past 5 years has not returned to work and I was desperate. Cuddles is recovering nicely. I only had to give her one dose of pain meds. I am so pleased with her surgery and how well she is doing. I expected the charges for surgery to be more. While I d prefer to be able to speak directly to the Dr. and/or staff, given the unusual situation that exists, this worked efficiently and effectively. Only suggestion would be at the end of the exam when the call is made to come get your pet, that the Dr. or primary staff member who conducted activities, make the call, quickly tell us how it went and explain any specific issues and ask if there are any questions. Then an admin person could take over the call and get the credit card info, etc. For example: one of our cats gained 2 pounds this year...that probably should have been discussed briefly.

We were very pleased with the precautions taken to protect everyone. We were very concerned about our pet and he is doing very well now thanks to Dr. Nancy LaFavour. She discussed her findings, recommendations and options to us.

In this time of COVID 19 I was pleased to see necessary veterinary service was still available. The extra effort to protect staff and human companions was especially appreciated. Thank You!
