I moved to Newport Beach from Fullerton, but the longer trip is worth it. I have personally brought Koko in twice and My boyfriend has brought her in as well. The staff is always friendly and prompt, but also transparent about running late. They are also extremely compassionate of their patients because even though we are on lockdown, they allowed me to stay with my pup because of her separation anxiety. The vet also listened to what I had to say and even though I might have been, she didn t make me feel like an annoyance. Thank you to the whole staff because having a fur baby in pain is hard because you don t know what to do to help them.

My vet technician was WONDERFUL. I think she is new since I have not seen her before and she made me feel comfortable. It was clear she really loves animals and was thorough in her work. I can t remember her name, but she had tattoos and was wearing reptile scrubs.

Even though it looks like you have a completely new support staff other than the doctor things still went fine. I ll tell you that the staff seem less warm and friendly from the people you had before.

Dr. Lefavour has met Ducky and Daisy multiple times and was incredibly sensitive to each of their personalities and needs. So much care, my husband and I love Sunnycrest and we will continue to bring our pups for any future appointments :)

While I was greeted promptly, the wait to get in with an appt was quite long both times I visited recently. I hope that is not normal. The second time, I was the only one waiting to get in too.
