The staff was very friendly. I had my dog spayed last week and they were all very nice. I thought maybe my dog was pregnant but wasn’t sure as it was early. My only complaint is I told the the girl On phone entire store about maybe pregnant and she quoted me a price, when I got there the day for surgery I was then told if pregnant the price would be $80 more which was not discussed on phone, I assumed the $272 was for the spay with pregnancy since I had told the entire story. I ended up paying an extra $80 because she may have been pregnant, which again, wasn’t the price quoted. Other than that, my dog is doing wonderful and good job on the surgery.

Really very pleased with New Waverly Vet Hospital. Staff is always very attentive to myself and my pets. I find them always willing to go above and beyond treating our pets, and always take the time to answer any questions we may have.

Thank you for this opportunity to comment....as always, Dr Steves service was excellent. However is was terribly unfair to him to arrive without knowing what I had in mind. Nancy was very kind in the scheduling on Friday the 17th. I told her I would have a hole dug. Then in response to the conformation I returned an email explaining my intentions to put Ginger down and that Shadow needed an exam. I then called the office on Wed at 9:00 to confirm the appointment because the backhoe was here. I spoke with Kaye and told her what was needed when Dr Steve arrived expecting her to let him know (because she could not find the email I sent to the confirmation email you sent) .....BUT....WHEN HE GOT HERE HE HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY OF THOSE MESSAGES. I think it was unfair to him not to known what to expect although he handled the situation well and provided the treatment for the horses with expertise. Excellent experience- the odd times we are in affected the wait time. The dogs reacted favorably to the delightful staff. We will be using this clinic as our veterinarian of choice. Look forward to being able to visit in person in future

Everything was professional and courteous. I would recommend your vet clinic .

The only thing is the price is very high but it’s close to our home and so we will pay extra for convenience and good service.

I always get an appt when i need one even when they are over-whelmed. They take such good care of mr puffy!

The staff was welcoming, informative and compassionate. Dr. Steve contacted me before and after the surgery, and spoke with me at length in person at discharge. Stellar in every way!!!!

I love the service and care my pets received. My only concern was the tech took off her mask during the visit. Since my dog has been a struggle I felt bad and didn’t say anything. At the same time my son has health issues that places him in a high risk group. I wish she would of asked first so I could of said I needed her to leave it on and explained why. Plus it’s hard for my son to accept why we are being so careful when others are not. .

Far too pricey and not enough expertise to charge the way and for the items that customers are being charged for. I had a bad experience with Coggins papers for horse descriptions and incorrect information was print it on state documents. And then we were Charles a higher amount for dog care that dog experts in Huntsville or Conroe wooden and did not charge the amount that we were charged there.

I would like a lengthy explanation on how you helped my my pet Apollo. For example, to expand the reason behind the treatments you’re giving him for his vet visit.
