Intake staff should accept paperwork from another facility which pertains to the pet being seen when brought in by the owner and would be informative to the veterinary staff. Even if the paperwork is not required for the procedure being performed.

Definitely overpriced for a low cost clinic. My friend had her dig here for similar procedure a month before and was a CV lot less exoensive than my dog

I absolutely love this vet, everyone is always so friendly and professional, the staff genuinely cares about every pet and customer they see and have.

The first time I called, nobody called me back. After 2 weeks I called again and they got back with me the next day. AND I know its busy at check-in, but the girls could slow down when they are talking especially if English is their second language. I was a bit confused, and they were not very helpful.

One of the most efficient and streamlined vet experiences I have ever had.

Dr. Rogers comes off as a know it all and very judgmental. I understand she is an experienced veterinarian with plenty of knowledge but she needs to tone it down a notch and hop off her high horse. Also, it would be helpful to get notes or meeting summary after because she provides so much information in so little time and does not like to repeat herself which is very intimidating. It seems like the communication or check out process is off because when I spoke with Dr Rogers and an assistant they both suggested a blood test for my dog and said they would schedule it with me at the front when I check out but the cashier never mentioned it. Wish the communication was more thorough

You are really popular also very organized all the employees I came in contact with were perfect.

It s hard to get a call back. I understand how busy you are, I checked around at different vet s offices and the cost was astonishing. I got a call back after 2 voice nails and text messages. I was happy how quickly I was able to get in and will be bringing my other cat in a few weeks to have him neutered. I think what you are doing is a great thing for us fur parents!

Dr. Jr is amazing he explained everything to me that. I was going to be needing to do after my dogs surgery. The whole staff was amazing and nice

Love Dr Roger s and staff...Miss Dr Beeder - but, happy for him in his retirement! Love seeing Junior doing so well! This is a wonderful veterinary practice that I feel lucky to have nearby! Been going here for many, many years! Thank you from the bottom of my heart??

It’s very busy but the staff make it so easy and very friendly

I wasn t happy and satisfied with the quality of the doctor visit with Dr. Wray as she did not explain why the medication is not appropriate per the previous doctor and did not take the time to explain the reasoning for the medication change and how, when and why to give my pet pain medication.I wasn t told how to tell if your pet is in pain and why it was prescribed. Other than that the office staff, vet techs and office manager are the best and will continue to bring my pet and will continue to refer Mercy to friends and family. Junior is AWESOME and great to work with. Keep up the great work YOU ALL DO THERE for the our pets and us pet parents. Thank you
