Everything was great except when you schedule an appointment! Staff and the Doctor very friendly!

I scheduled my appointment 3 months prior and my cat did not get spayed on her appointment. I was so upset, they need to make sure their schedule is something they are capable of handling because I took the day off work for nothing. The whole day was stressful, it was a horrible experience.

need a biger vet building their are plenty of open spaces in near oxnard around rose little before the oxnard collage not to sure about zoning and would it be great if oxnard collage open a class for vet

I would recommend that clients are advised that it is first comr first serve for check-in and that wait time may exceed 8 am arrival time. So people can plan their morning accordingly.

The vet was so nice and kind, I forget what his name is but I like him better than the lady vet, she s mean. I did think this place was a bit expensive. I thought it was low income based.

All the staff was informative, genuinely nice and organized. I will be taking my second dog to Mercy’s Crusade. Parking was a challenge but the service was worth it!

When I called to make an appt. For spay, I had to leave two messages before I received a call back. That would be be my only complaint, but I understand the office is busy. We were very pleased overall with the service, and so thankful for an affordable option for spaying my grandmothers pet. It’s so needed in the community. I will continue to refer people to your organization

Dr Breeder was and is excellent. Ali was seen a year before and rather than just treat her with anitbiotics, he thought about and said lets try allergy medicine because her breed was susepticle to it and it worked!!!
