No suggestions It was all a good experience

The only concern that I had was a man who really couldn t control his dog and I could not tell if the dog was friendly or not was allowed in the small office space with others that looked concerned as well.

Super friendly, kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff. You can feel the love and care they offer to pet owners and their furry babies. It may take a little more time to get an appt or to check in than a standard vet, but it’s worth the wait for the financial break on cost, without compromise on care. I’m grateful for their service and how they accommodated my needs . I appreciate the after- care availability and response as well. Thank you.

We have been coming to Mercy for more than 20 years and we’re very surprised when my daughter called to make this appt & she was told we were no longer patients! Possibly because of COVID …we got all of our shots just prior to shutdown in March 2020 for all 4 pets. I wrote a letter to you and received the nicest call from Dr Beeder’s Vet Assistant (name not coming to me)…he booked the appt and apologized - said we ARE patients! Thx??

Each time I bring my dog or cat to Mercy s Crusade, the compassion is unmatched. I sit in the waiting area and watch many staff greeting owners/dogs and making sure they are understood. They are efficient. I have a 12.5 year old large dog and she always calms down once the staff helps.

The staff was excellent and very thorough. I would recommend them to everyone. Their prices are hard to beat and the service is satisfying.

Great staff very accomodating

My cats were spayed and neutered and went home like nothing happened. Staff was accommodating to my schedule and got me in the same day thanks to a cancellation they had. I will continue to support mercy crusade and recommend them.

My personal opinion everything was great.

I was very grateful to speak with Mr. Ortiz and get my issue resolved that my female kitten had after her spay. With the antibiotics and strict instructions my little girl is back to her normal self. Thank you always!

There should be more doctors because the appointments fill out quickly. I believe there should also be more resources for financial assistance.

The staff and the nurses were very friendly, and answer all of my questions. The doctor was extremely nice and explain everything what I needed to know and I appreciate that.
