It took me 3 months to get appointment. Once there, Service was exceptional; how ever would be better if I could reach them by phone. I had several issues with my pet(s) that needed extra care. Staff willing to do so, that was great, however, I couldn t reach them by phone when I needed to follow through with our agreed process.

I appreciate everyone I encountered they were very helpful, but most of all I appreciate the low cost which was very affordable. If people can afford the cost, Im sure moe pets would be spayed and neutered. I paid $60.00 when my own vet was asking $470.00. I will no longer be giving B.V. vet my hard earned $$$ God Bless Mercy!

It was hard to confirm my appointment because no one was answering the phone for 3 days straight. I got a bit frustrated. Other than that, everyone was nice and Dr. Beeder was outstanding.

Hi, I was unable to click on the stars but I would give you 5 stars for everything. It was easy to book an appointment but the wait was a month and a half later. The staff was exceptionally kind. I was called in within minutes of my appointment time. I felt the staff was very knowledgeable and patient and all my questions were answered. Thank you for your service!
