I’m not sure if my cat’s records are updated. Sweetie has been a patient there since birth, and there was no record of her being vaccinated nor did I see that she had a chip put in. I updated all her shots, but I am not really sure I needed too.

Love the staff and service ... Bummer is when scheduling appointment have to wait 3 months in advance unless theres a ca cellation.

Absolutely love Dr. Rogers. She s much more thorough then previous vet when we brought my son s puppy in. All she did was listen to the puppy s chest and ask if we needed flea meds.

No suggestions It was all a good experience

The only concern that I had was a man who really couldn t control his dog and I could not tell if the dog was friendly or not was allowed in the small office space with others that looked concerned as well.

Super friendly, kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff. You can feel the love and care they offer to pet owners and their furry babies. It may take a little more time to get an appt or to check in than a standard vet, but it’s worth the wait for the financial break on cost, without compromise on care. I’m grateful for their service and how they accommodated my needs . I appreciate the after- care availability and response as well. Thank you.

We have been coming to Mercy for more than 20 years and we’re very surprised when my daughter called to make this appt & she was told we were no longer patients! Possibly because of COVID …we got all of our shots just prior to shutdown in March 2020 for all 4 pets. I wrote a letter to you and received the nicest call from Dr Beeder’s Vet Assistant (name not coming to me)…he booked the appt and apologized - said we ARE patients! Thx??
