Service is great, but there is no way to speak with someone when you call. You are only able to leave a message and hopefully they return your call.

Little confusing with the tent set up if I needed to go to the tent first or wait in line to talk to the people at the tent. But with these difficult times not really that big of a deal. Keep up the great work and supporting our community!

I know this is all new to us with COVID crap. But I think there should be two lines, check in one, and waiting other, so many people came after I did, walked in and were helped. I’m not following that very well. However over all, I always bring my pets here to be spayed and neutered. Too bad you don’t sell the licenses anymore. Thank you for taking care of my dog

Everything well. The only thing I am still trying to process is whether the cats/kittens are put in a crate with a litter box because they are there from 7-3:30 in my case. I’m not sure whether my cat peek in the crate at your facility or in my soft shell carrier but part of his body was wet and I did t realize that unless I got home and pull him out of carrier. Needless to say, I’m still trying to get smell out of my home. Suggestion is to give them a place to pee. Other than that you guys were awesome! Thank you for all you do!

Every staff member is very nice and friendly and are helpful with getting answers to our questions.I am thankful that your able to provide medical services during these times. It is also being done with keeping everyone s safety in mind. Thank you to everyone at Mercy Crusade.

Staff was awesome!!!

They were extremely helpful by putting me on the cancellation list for an appointment for my kitty who’s been having diarrhea off and on for a couple of months now. They actually got me in the day after I made her appointment, so I am very grateful for that. Dr. Beeder is the absolute best Vet we have ever had and the entire staff is caring, patient and wonderful!

Staff was great, and I know they have a lot of things to do and people to deal with, but drop off time and pick up time was a bit long imo, especially pick up since we had to wait in line along with people who were tryna get their pets seen, and not just picking up for spay and neuter, feel like that should be a separate line, but over all great place

I was surprised to see that there was minimal incision for the spray of my pet. I didn’t realize that the procedures have been updated. I’m grateful, it will sure cut the healing process. Thank you for the awesome job!

taking in consideration that you handle a lot of traffic I was okay with the helpfulness of the staff. I did find it a bit harder to contact your staff on phone calls. Played a few phone tag series. otherwise, I give you a thumbs up.

Dr. Beeder has always been kind, considerate and very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and answer any questions. Also very gentle with my pet

I was pleased at how quickly we got in. The diagnosis was far different than I thought. Dr Beeder is very good and explained everything so I understood.

Please offer some seating outside in the line-up area. How does a person confirm an appointment? Is voicemail the only way to speak with someone?

Everything was great. This is then4rh animal we’ve brought to be fixed and always great service. I called you the next day because my dog was still lethargic and you called me back right away with good advice.

Best hospital ever! Thank you hugely to Junior for getting me started, Dr Ann Streiby for her work on my dogs, and Hannah for dealing with online scripts. I had 3 surgeries on 3 dogs and my stress was minimal thanks to Mercy. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I arrived early (3:35) for 4pm blood draw - pre 8/30 teeth cleaning appointment... I was on my way home by 4:12! With all the COVID changes I am pleased with everything Mercy Crusade is doing! Love Dr Kerry Beeder....thankful to have him for our veterinarian!

I was really happy the way they went out of there way to create a safe and sanitized environment. I was assured they would take care of my cat and was treated very polite from the intake through picking up my cat.... I had my 6 month old cat nurtured, vaccinated and chipped... it went well and my cat is doing fine! Thank you Merci Crusade
