I just wish that it didn t take so long to get my pets in. I was completely happy with my last appointment. I took my 3 dogs at once & it went quick & easy.

The 2 month wait for the appointment was a bit much but because I like the vet so.much, I was willing to wait. The staff appear to be well organized and efficient, which is appreciated.

I hope to have time face to face with the doctor during exam. I understand during Covid that the patient owners cannot go into exam room but I hope this will change soon. I think under the circumstances my appointment was great!

It was our first visit...could not have been happier. The staff were very kind and made me and my pet muffit feel at ease. I would highly recommend the staff and the facility ...also the office was Uber clean.

As a longtime client, I would have liked to have addressed my pets medical issues directly with dr needed. Having the tech coming and going w info is not efficient. It doesn’t save time. It wastes time. However, the techs are helpful.

Facility was clean but the waiting time for my appointment was at least 30 minutes. I would have wanted to see the Dr.check my dog. He had to take her in another while i waited. Not sure what he checked on her.

There were 3 lines of people in the parking lot making it a little confusing where to start. The rest of the services were excellent!

The only feedback I have is regarding the unsuccessful attempts to reach someone in office by phone.. when contacting the office, it is very difficult to reach someone and the only way you can talk to someone is by leaving a message, and hoping they call you back. Other than that, my experience has been Good so far, staff is great! Thank you!
