I understand that these are trying times, but I was waiting outside in line for a good half an hour to pick up before someone from the team asked me for my pet s name. After that, it was fine. A little more thoughtful approach on this would make things go even smoother.

1. Scheduling an appointment takes patience. It is hard to communicate with someone on the phone since it goes to voicemail frequently. I prefer email or online appointments. 2. The waiting time is convenient. 3. Staff greets us in the front and takes our name. She directs where vaccine and medical appointments go to. 4. The office is clean and to my satisfaction. 5. I prefer to communicate to the Veterinarian directly to communicate my concerns and answer my questions regarding my pet instead of the veterinarian technician.

I tried to give Excellent stars in every area, but the system didn t allow me to do so. Thank you for your help with Coco. Have a great day

I was so excited to learn that I could go in for the appointment. But when I got there I was told I could come into the building but not into the actual appointment. I was really looking forward to speaking with the veterinarian. And I didn’t even get a chance to do that. No phone call or anything. That bummed me out a little but it’s ok. I know you guys are doing your best and we still have Covid and we’re trying to keep each other safe! And I do appreciate your prices. The estimate that was given for my pets eye surgery was well below any other estimates I’ve received. I feel like I may be able to actually afford taking care of my kitties now! Thank you!

But this last time I felt disappointed with the cutting nails service to my dog, she was very nervous as usual but this is the first time she bleeds, she was very stressed out, the price is high for the poor type of service, and I left unhappy. Under the current covid situation things were handled very well. It would be a little easier if designated lines were set when you arrive as someone cut in front of me.

Trying to get an appointment is very difficult. Once you get in, the process is nearly seamless.

I am so happy to have found Mercy Crusade for my 2 little adopted Bichon Frise (mix) girls. The process of scheduling an appointment and evaluation for dental surgery with necessary extractions to having the surgery date for my little Lilley scheduled was so expedient (even during the pandemic.) Although I have brushed my dogs’ teeth since the day we rescued them, Linley unfortunately has quickly developed periodontal disease and needs several teeth extracted with her cleaning this time. I am confident that the Veterinarians are conservative and only pull those teeth absolutely necessary to ensure Lilley remains in great health. The doctors made me feel so much better about Lilley’s periodontal disease in spite of the care I have taken to prevent this from happ I have such a great feeling about everyone I have spoken and met with at Mercy Crusade
