Please allow multiple owners for pet, makes checking in or payments very very difficult!

I am so grateful for the work you do. I drove over an hour for your services, and it was worth every moment of waiting in my car all day. Thank you, Mercy Crusade.

To schedule a spay appointment was very difficult only because I was always told to call back and after 6 months finally got my baby in. Also after the spay, the following day, I left a voicemail regarding medications and no one returned my call.

Please consider more training with the receptionist that handles the morning check-ins for dogs preparing to undergo surgery. She was rude about me not hearing my name called, but she saw me pacing in front of the office numerous times. If someone fills out a form, but doesn t respond when their pet s name is called, maybe spend 2 seconds to go outside and try again. My dog was in distress and I didn t want to rile up the other dogs that were in the office. It takes 2 seconds to take the extra step to ensure all guests are taken care of.

From scheduling the initial appt to checking out at the end of the day, everything was was so easy and atress free. Staff was polite and helpful and nurse giving after care instructions was very informative and patient to the questions I had. I left feeling very confident in helping my little one to recover. GREAT JOB!!

The phone communication was very confusing. I expected to come in and get my dog spayed and she had not had anything to eat since the day before it turned out. It was just to discuss payment options in the future. It would be nice to be very clear on why there is an appointment, I told her on the phone. I was very willing to pay whatever was necessary, so I was confused when the dog did not get spayed that day I had taken six days off in preparation for the day. so next time please used close loop communication so that everyone understands what is Planned and expected for the day. thank you

The staff are great. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Easy to schedule appointment. Waiting time was not long but we arrived early enough that there were only 5 or 6 fur babies ahead of us. Seems to be run well with plenty of helpful employees. We were very satisfied!

Mercy Crusade s Spray and Neuter made the process super easy and was very sweet to my pet. I do wish that when he peed on himself cause he got scared that there was some assistance on cleaning him before I picked him up because it wasn t fair for him to sit in his own pee for however long, but I also understand that s not their responsibility.

I had to wait a little longer due to the dr delayed in surgery but still was acceptable. Appt was relatively fast and efficient. Thank you!

The drop off and pick up process was much longer than I anticipated. The front desk lady was doing it all on her own. Everything.

They took good care of my little guy Charles. That night it was like he didn’t have surgery.

Doctor and staff were super nice They answer my questions listen to my concerns and treated my cat and fog nicely

Dr. Beeder is kind and really cares about the animals. He takes as much time as necessary to answer all our questions. We appreciate him!

Dr. Hill was very caring and wanted to make sure my maine coon cat got the proper attention for his neutering surgery and chose not to perform the surgery on a regular day. The manager Mr. Ortiz was very kind and explained all the options available to me for the clinic to neuter my cat. Though, I chose not to have my cat neutered at the clinic because of the special circumstances, I appreciate how respectful and thoughtful the staff at Mercy Crusade is and would recommend it to others.

Overall it was a easy process. It appeared Staff were really busy.

The clinic absolutely saved me when I found a feral cat and needed help asap. They were extremely kind and helpful at the clinic and did incredible work. I will always bring my pets here in the future, I’m very grateful to their hard work and appreciate the help so much.

It took several phone calls to finally make an appointment. The 1st person who returned my call said there were no appointments available until July. I called again about 10 days later & was able to make an appointment almost immediately. All the staff on the day of surgery were friendly & professional. I ffelt that I was leaving my pet in good hands
