I have not been into Mercy Crusade for several years and was a bit surprised at all the wonderful changes made since I had last been in. It was easier to wait in the lobby, and also make appointments an get reminders. I saw a new veterinarian, Dr. Rodgers, and my experience was as great as it always has been, but I really felt she went above and beyond with her examination on Charlotte. I think the upgrades and changes to making appointments and getting reminders really help a lot. I plan to use Mercy Crusade as much as possible in the future for all of my animal veterinary appointments and was very happy I decided to have Charlotte seen at Mercy the other day.
