Again, it’s the phones and the 6 weeks out to get an appointment with the veterinarian. No one picks them up. Don’t get me wrong. You are busy. First impression sends a message that you are up to par. I have had to drive from my home to the office to make an appointment for my animals. Appointments are another issue. I’ve been with you for 10 plus years and I have not seen an improvement. I stay with you because of staff.,Dr. Beider, Hannah & Junior.

The Staff is so professional. Hanna always so efficient with the meds. Jennifer so creative with appointments And, of course Dr Bidder who has been so supportive with the issues of my cat Diva, who has a high thyroid gland issue. Ms Nair Orioli

Staff and Drs are great! We were able to get an appt quick for Vaccs since we were introducing a new kitten into our home with 2 other cats. Prices are very reasonable. I ve made sure to tell my friends about switching to Mercy!
