First off we are thankful our puppy had a successful neuter. The staff, with the EXCEPTION of Josie in the front was a Nightmare. We were called twice to pick up our puppy early and each time we arrived we were told to wait AGAIN even though we were called and told to come. The big girl in the front/ outside was rude and confrontational. Work on communication within your office / patients, get rid of the big girl and give Josie a raise.

1. I didn t appreciate the fact that I was asked twice if I spoke English. Being bilingual and loving Spanish, I do not care to speak English or Spanish, but people should not assume. Also, some people may get offended for being stereotyped, especially if they do not speak Spanish. 2. I have always loved Mercy Crusade s and people have always been the sweetest. Not in this last visit, however. I didn t ask for any names, but two of the ladies at the reception were a little on the rude side. 3. This aspect I understand and it s not necessarily an issue, but I thought the wait time to pick up was a little too long.

Waited about 30-40 minutes before being seen; felt the doctor was rude and not attentive when giving feedback, kicked me out of room but never brought me back in to go over anything else and what my dog needed? Felt confused. It is hard to create or keep an appointment at this location as well due to change with my or Mercy’s schedule.

I was unable to successfully tap on the stars but I would rate everything as 4 stars except for scheduling as a 3 star. Dr Rodgers who evaluated my pet was very knowledgeable, thourough and kind. I hope our next visit will be with her again.

The lady that helped me register in the morning was confused with my dogs vaccination history and made me think he was missing a booster which in reality he didn t. My dog ended up getting the unnecessary boosters as I agreed. When I picked him up I asked about this situation, he never needed that extra booster. My dos was given something he didn t need. Something similar happened 2 months ago too. I feel like employees do not know the vaccines schedule or a better system is needed in place so these mistakes are not made.

The scheduling was too far out. By the time our appointment was due our female Yorkie went into heat. When we brought our boy Yorkie in we were told to wait outside because the waiting room was full. It was a freezing cold,windy day. We came back to pick our Yorkie up around 3pm. There was no available parking. We waited about an hour before picking him up. Paying was problematic. The card reader wasn t working properly. That took about a half an hour to fix because my husband had cash. All in all the experience was mediocre at best.

Dr. Susan Rodgers has an atrocious attitude. She has no compassion for pet owners. She lacks bedside manner. She’s self-righteous and patronizing when speaking to pet owners. Her conduct is unacceptable for discussing the serious matters she must convey to pet owners. It should be questioned whether she actually cares about the pets she treats or if she’s just looking to be a so-called “savior.” She is an utter disgrace to the field of veterinary medicine, and absolutely disgusting. On another note, there is one person who deserves recognition for her service, and that is the pharmacist Hannah. She goes above and beyond to explain how to administer the medications that pet owners need to give their pets. Her customer service is excellent. She possesses the most warmth and compassion towards pet owners and their concerns for their pets. She’s very patient and knowledgable as well. Hannah is quite frankly one of the only standouts among the staff encountered.
