I have taken my cats to Mercy and have been happy with the services overall.But on Monday, after i picked up my cat from her spay appointment, I saw that one of her nails on her right paw was trimmed too short and there was dried blood. I can tell its bothering her which is upsetting. Please send out a friendly reminder to your staff to be more cautious with other pets. I know that Mercy sees a high volume of pets and its a fast paced environment but it shouldn t affect the quality of care provided. Thank you.
