I am very disappointed that when I asked to go into the room where my dog was being vaccinated at, the technician told me I could not go. She is a very timid dog and was very frightened. I thought this was strange because when she had her first vaccination I was in the room with her and the doctor.

This was my first time at the clinic with our newly adopted Harlem. He was understandably nervous as was I. The kindness and patience of Dr. Leah, Dani, and the rest of the staff was truly wonderful. Harlem needed a little extra time and distraction for a blood draw and a nail trim. They took him out of the room and I could hear the staff distracting him by singing, encouraging him, and peanut butter! This was truly the best experience I ve had! Thank you all for what you do; you are appreciated!

Dropped Manyy off in the morning. Was not their for the consult. Was not HAPPY about being charged an extra $55.00 for NON URGENT CARE EITHER. Not completely satisfied with this EXTRA charge on the bill.

My appointment was very open. I was able to ask my tough questions and was given honest answers. My dog is struggling with some age deficiencies and my answers were not sugar coasted. They were factual and honest. Appreciated that and I felt comfortable to ask them.
