The service at pick up was unexpected. We did ask what time we needed to be there to get our pet and we were told 5:00. We arrived around 4:20 and they just handed him ivermectin and said goodbye. We had a few questions and concerns but we were rushed out the door. I get that it’s the end of the day, but my pets are right up there being a part of our family. The phone call with the doctor was good- very through, but sometimes questions come up after. Thank you

I m always happy with the care the vets give to my kitties. Sam even liked Dr. Mark, which is unusual because he usually doesn t care for any of them. Great place, great people. I highly recommend St Anna Clinic.

The staff at St.Anna vet clinic is simply the best! I thought I felt a lump on my cat. It turned out to be a false alarm. The Doctors always perform a thorough examination. The staff is always smiling and comforting when you walk in the door. I highly recommend St. Anna to anyone with pets!!

I felt like my pet mattered to everyone at the clinic. My dog wasn t just a number they took care of or just money the clinic could make. They wanted to be sure she was comfortable after her vaccinations and even offered pain medication for her, if needed. This was my first time at this clinic after being with another facility for over 20 years. I am very impressed so far with the service of the St. Anna Vet Clinic.

We were extremely happy with how quickly you were able to see our dog Louie. You are all so caring and we love how you treated Louie as if he was your own. We were very impressed with how soon you got him in and how you worked him into your busy schedule after a holiday weekend. Dr. Beth is so good to us. One of our dogs has been struggling with GI issues and anxiety and Dr. Beth has been amazing. So good with him and very thorough. Our other dogs is dealing with seasonal allergies. Again, Dr. Beth took time to explain different options for us. We are grateful to her and all of the great staff here at St. Anna. We are so glad we switched to this vet clinic.

I think prices are getting very high. I appreciate you all, but I originally came to you because your prices were more reasonable. It doesn t seem to be the case anymore. It s making pet ownership a luxury item, and that s too bad. Sorry - because I do like all of you!
