Everyone was polite and respectful. Our husky can be a bit of a handful. The staff took the time with her until she was settled before giving her the vaccines she needed.

I was very bothered by the front desk help. When we walked in she never turned around. She told us to put dogs on the scale assuming that we knew what to do. I didn’t know to turn it on. After the meeting with the vet I went out in the hallway to thaw payment window. I stood there for about 4 minutes as she sat at her computer. I went around to the other side and asked if I could pay and she told me it wasn’t ready. I said ok. I went back to the payment window and after a few more minutes she spoke to me with her back to me and said . “We’re you standing there this whole time? It’s just so quiet in here today.” This is not the normal service that we receive at your clinic.

Having to find a new veterinary clinic was kind of scary. We are so glad we chose you!

Dr. Beth was amazing! She was thorough in her exam, going above and beyond to be sure she was giving us an accurate diagnosis. Very frustrating that your prices continue to increase, wish I would’ve known that you were charging $26 to trim nails, if I would’ve known that I would’ve done it myself. especially since she’s a good dog.
