We had a great visit today. There was an issue with the charges for the medications that caused a big issue. An error in the system charged me 3X more than it should have. Fortunately I saw it before leaving the and it took a while to correct. Hopefully others weren t impacted and paid more.

The staff are so friendly and nice. The vet took time to explain a certain shot, so I understood it. They treated our dog so gently. Love coming here.

I appreciate some of the changes I noticed: 1) I wasn t pressured @ getting my elder dog s teeth cleaned (Brinkley this time, Cozmo last visit) 2) There wasn t a push for additional tests to be done 3) Staff was friendlier than in the past. My only question was why you didn t request stool samples?? Thanks for the improvements!! Sue N.
