Are dogs Dish and Newt were in bad shape… we are new to the community and called our old and new vet and they were not able to get our dogs in with the emergency. We are so thankful for the quick response to our emergency from Sandy D and Dr. Beth. They were awesome, they answered all of our questions and kept us calm. Thank you so very much!

The Veterinarian never introduced herself. She drew blood. I waited (8min. Test) for the results. She came into the room and told me it was negative. I left the room with my dog, Brucas. I went to pay the bill and get Simparica for my dog(s). As I was waiting to pay the bill, The vet that my dog and I had just seen; came walking toward me, holding a piece of paper and she said I’m sorry it’s positive! There was no exact explanation of what my dog had, other than being given paperwork to read . I then was given an Antibiotic to give my dog 2x/day for 28 days. The vet tech(assistant) was more helpful in explaining how to give the medicine, than the veterinarian was. For the 1st time, I left disappointed in how my dogs’ wellness check went ! After reading the paperwork that I was given in regard to the Positive Results of my Boston Terrier, Brucas, of EHRLICHIA Infection, I still am shocked, to say the least and really don’t understand exactly how he could have gotten this Infection.

Please try to incorporate a holistic approach. More and more people are wanting this. Seems that the solution is always a med that masks the problem , instead of finding the actual problem. Staff is very friendly. I’ll need to find a holistic vet.
