Everyone was amazing as always. Customer service is top notch. Receptionist (can’t remember her name, sorry) who was helping me with a credit from a previous appt was great. She is detail oriented, organized, and professional. Vet was so kind and gentle with my dog. Cooper thanks you for helping him feel better!!

The doctors and staff are outstanding. I know that our pets are in good hands . The last month or so the Kempen family has been through some trying times having to say goodbye to our cat Sammy , then to Lucky on July 7th and now just yesterday our beloved Cooper. The doctors and staff have helped us through a very rough patch. We were in yesterday for a follow up appointment. My wife ended up leaving a bit frustrated because multiple people kept coming back in asking for the same forms to be filled out with information that you already have on file. And at the end of the day, she had told me she never really even saw the actual doctor. She spent more time trying to explain that you already had our information on file and it didn t need to be updated than actually getting the dog checked out. In addition, I understand you also did not have any records of a prescription you gave him for an eye ointment in 2020, I believe . . . thought you kept history like on in his records. This was not the type of visit we are typically accustomed to.

Love bringing my pets here. My only disappointment was the 15 dollar late charge. My first time EVER being late. I understand it was my mistake. I had put 7:40 In my calendar and my appointment was 7:20. I have also waited in my vehicle during Covid and prior in the waiting room before. Never complained but you bet that next time I will ask for a 15 dollar payback!

In response to #4) I HAVE recommended the St Ann Vet Clinic to friends and even strangers.
