The appt.was for Rue, not Ava. The paperwork brought home by my husband said Ava. We own 2 sister dogs. I feel it was overkill on the product he brought home since Ava had the same condition a month ago which should have only required a prescription refill. We can t afford this. They are dogs. That is my opinion. I m not happy and will likely go elsewhere.

Not necessary, but just a suggestion—price ranges when different care options are being offered. I’d probably still make the same choices, but would be nice to have an idea in advance of what the bill will be. The staff is wonderful and all of our pets are always in such good care!!

I could not. Bring my pet, my cousin did and she was late. I only have her comments and they were very negative. My dog has a lot of concerns and its crucial to receive the proper care. I may be taking her back to the Blur Pearl in Appleton instead of at st. Anna.

The vet tech that I’ve been working with for Tank has been so great with him. I know he’s a little more difficult of a dog but she’s been so patient with him. We’ve gotten him on a good schedule and has been doing so much better - I appreciate her & the other staff that has helped him.
