This was during the coronavirus pandemic, so I m sure that s why they didn t offer to schedule the next appointment. I appreciated that they were able to see my kitties and bring them to and from my car for me!

The first two questions were unfair in this covid 19 environment. In normal circumstances this is always done. Much appreciate that you are still taking good care of our fur babies during all this!!!!

Ii Had my dog in for grooming. I asked about having a cyst drained, however I was called in advance of the charges. The procedure was done and I was thin charged. I should have been told the charges for my approval. I would have not paid $45.00 to have a cyst removed. I would have waited until my next visit when I saw the doctor. Area where it was drained looks terrible. Hair cut away and a indentation on his head. Again, I did not agree to this ahead of time. When you are going to charge a customer more than expected they should be called for approval.

everything was excellent. you should sign up for next-door website. some comments about your group are very unfavorable.

All Creatures is amazing! We are lucky to have the staff as our animal family.

We are already enrolled in wellness plan. There was a big pile of dog poop on the front mat inside the building. We waited a very long time just for a nail trim but it was no big deal. We did not see a doctor, just a tech.

Everything was great. The Doctor was fantastic with Jack our cat.

My dog, Boo, loves Stevie.She is the best groomer ever!

This is the second time All Creatures has come to our rescue when our regular vet was unable to help in an emergent situation. Once, when our beloved dog of 15 years had reached the end of her life on earth, and was ready to go. All Creatures staff met us at our car to assist in putting her to sleep in the most peaceful manner possible (our regular vet was not able to do this, and wanted us to go through the process of bringing her in for a check up which would have resulted in unnecessary pain and stress for her). Now with this visit, our cat had what we thought was a UTI, but it turned out to be more severe. All Creatures was able to fit us in that day, and the staff was super helpful and very friendly. We will be switching all our services to All Creatures!!

I actually researched the wellness plan before coming, so it wasn’t offered to me. I told them what I wanted. I knew my dog needed a teeth cleaning, so we scheduled. I hope future visits are initiated by you according to wellness plan purchased.

Abby usually doesn’t care for strangers and this being her first visit there I was worried but i really didn’t need to be they were so good with her she never got skittish or growled or wined. I’m so happy to have found your location and someone to care for our Abby. Thanks so much.

A little more verbal warning/discussion of possible side effects from vaccines would be helpful, plz

I just wanted to point out that the wellness/vaccine package was not offered because I was there with my pet duck for a foot infection. My duck did not need a wellness/vaccine package. The staff & Dr. Kim were excellent & super friendly to my little Pekin, Kimberly. I’m glad I found this office & vet who treats ducks!!

My first visit and it was great. I really liked that they did everything right there in front of me and explained everything in detail. They worked with me on my budget so I could get everything I needed. I m glad I have found a place where both my pets and myself feel comfortable.

Told me it would take 3 hours I waited 5 hours did not get a call to tell me my pet was ready I just showed up and was told he has been ready for a while

This facility is always on time, very clean, extremely professional, and caring. Dr Charlie is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I recently brought my young puppy in for her first wellness checkup and Dr Charlie treated her gently and thoroughly. After each appointment at All Creatures I received a follow-up call the next day, the staff takes times to listen and communicates efficiently. I highly recommend All Creatures!!

Staff is always very nice and I absolutely love Dr Meakin but the wait is ALWAYS much too long. Although I arrived 15 mins early for my appointment I was there a whole hour before being seen by the doctor. I drive 45 mins just to come to All Creatures office. I understand things may happen but this is an ongoing issue and is quite ridiculous.
