Thank you very much for squeezing our dog Wizard in on a Saturday morning with an injured knee. Everyone we dealt with was professional and excellent. Our wait times were not too long especially considering the circumstances. I would highly recommend All Creatures in Amelia. We use a nearby vet usually because you are almost 30 minutes away from our home, but you are the only place where we ever board Wizard, and you give him exceptional care. Thank you very much again.

I am really upset that there are not unlimited nail trims any longer. I am paying about $30 more a month, for a total of almost $70 a month. This new wellness plan really is a ridiculous, you pay a lot more and get less benefits.Very disappointing and not happy at all.

I have been a long time customer of All Creatures and love how Dr. Dan takes care of my buns. I have a rabbit that unfortunately deals with GI Stasis because his teeth need to be filled down every two months! I sometimes book the appointment ahead of time, because he is like clockwork. This time, I just woke up to a bunny that was not eating or pooping. I had to get him in to the vet same day. I guess the management and policy has changed, because today they just offered for me to leave Gus there and Dr. would see him in between surgeries. Came back a few hours later and was told I was charged a half day hospital stay at $30 extra or whatever. Dr. Dan was of course good with dropping the charge because I was never advised ahead of time that this was a hospital stay. I just said that this is not the way you treat a long term customer. I recommend in the future the front desk tell the client that it is an extra charge. That is a much better practice than springing it on a client without advising them ahead of time. Thanks for taking care of Gus!

I know that your staff are very busy and I do appreciate the time that you take with my pet. When I called to schedule my cat for her appointment - the receptionist told me to call in once I arrived last weekend. When I pulled in the parking lot and called, the receptionist immediately wanted to put me ln hold. I had to speak very quickly to tell her that I was in the parking lot for the appointment. If the receptionists can take just a few more seconds to find out why someone is calling before you put us on hold - that would be great!!

We were charged for an express groom and did not get all the services we asked for. He was in and out in less than an hour, and I feel we should not have been changed the extra money if he did not have any accidents. I don t think I ll be using the grooming services anymore. They don t act like they want to deal with my dog, who is on anxiety medicine, and im being financially punished because I don t want to leave him at the vet all day during the week just to get groomed.

My pet did not see a doctor; this was a tech appointment. I wish all staff would wear name tags. I understand the hospital is probably understaffed. However I feel that a half hour wait past the appointnent time for a two minute routine procedure is too long.

Clara is already on the Silver Plan, so the first question was really, not applicable. Maybe add a third choice that shows the client already has the plan would be better and help you to identify a target market. I put a 4 on the time spent with the doctor because no one told me why Clara got sick.

With the current situation w/Covid I like the was things are done. Although my kitty would feel much more comfortable with me with her. Dr Rib very thoughtful and caring. Miss Emma is difficult in scary situations .. hissing and growling so Dr Rob is amazing

A lot of the questions did not apply. My boy saw Lauren and had a bath and groomed. Lauren did a wonderful job she always does. Haley was cheerful and helpful coming to get my boy and to bring him back to me.
