Dr. Mitchell has always been wonderful, caring and compassionate with Moxie. I’m so happy we’ve had her as our vet for the past 15 years.

This was our dog Kaya’s first experience w/ PT. Kaya is a diva, developmentally delayed, a big whiner and stubborn… but we love her and wanted to ensure she had the best PT available after her hip dysplasia surgery. Dr. Kate & Jessica immediately established a rapport w/ Kaya and myself, and I knew right away that I had chosen the best fit for our needs. Despite Kaya’s “special” character, Kate & Jessica persevered even when Kaya was being uncooperative. I ask many questions which were always answered, I never felt rushed to leave towards the end of our sessions, and was reassured that Rehab at Windcrest is a 10 out of 10. Kaye and Jessica are personable, professional, have a calming demeanor yet encouraged Kaya to keep going… amazing what PB while on the aqua treadmill will do. I’d be happy to speak to any potential client who is considering PT at Windcrest. Thanks again Kate & Jessica, and lots of excessive licking ftom Amaya for you both. ????????

i know you folks work real hard, and are highly skilled. that said, it s getting mighty expensive. it s not just windcrest. i don t know if there s some way to make it cost a little less, but if things don t slow down a little, it won t be too long before regular people can t afford to have pets anymore. don t take it as a complaint towards you folks. everything costs more these days, and it s frustrating

All the Vets at WAH are great but we especially love Dr. Namey and her team. We travel almost 2 hours to have them check our dog, even though we live in a neighborhood overflowing with Vets! That should say it all!

This is the fastest I was roomed and seen by the tech and then the vet in the 20 years of using Windcrest. (with the exception of ER services) Bree and Dr. Namey were wonderful. Front desk clerk was efficient even while multi-tasking with a lobby full of patients. It was amazing! Great improvement!

You guys are great! I could not fill out the survey except for the first question. Other than that it had five stars, and I couldn’t put in my opinion, but I am doing this on an iPad.

Top notch, as always. When I made the appointment for my dog the website automatically took me to a Windcrest appointment, even though I used the Hockessin site for entry. I could have made an error but it is not a user friendly system. Tell your managing partner (the one who periodically sends emails saying, to paraphrase, we are working hard to maximize our revenue ) to put that on the list.

I travel a little further than the closest vet but I like coming to you guys.

I had been taking my cat to another vet for years with the same concerns and they always brushed off my concerns. I decided to get a second opinion so I brought her to windcrest. Within 20 minutes I had we had answers and a treatment plan. I will be switching all of my pet to windcrest

My baby boy Roscoe is 14 years old. He’s had some health problems the staff at Windcrest has been wonderful with taking care my best friend Roscoe. He’s a maltipooh and I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old. Thank you Windcrest

The doctor and assistant were both kind, approachable, and very efficient. We were taken to the exam room promptly. They treated my cat gently. Service was excellent.

Dr. Namey is the best. Always a pleasure to see her.

The front desk staff was completely overwhelmed and rude during the check out process. One staff woman (with rainbow hair) treated us terribly and was extremely curt when I asked a simple question about getting a receipt for a refund. I don t think I ll be returning any time soon. The doctor and techs were fantastic but the front desk really needs customer service help.
