I wish some of the exam was done in the room, with me, instead of in the back; especially because it was the first time I was meeting Dr. Sherwood.

This has been the best and the worst visit to any vet. Everyone and everything was wonderful. Katie and the other ladies at the front desk were just a pleasure. They really made Louie and us glad we brought him there. The worst part was the reason we were there and the condition my dog Louie was in. Wasn’t sure he would make it and feeling very positive about his full recovery that we are working on. Thanks everyone Louie Dan. Janet

I think it is important that the Veterinarians take the time to explain the discharge plan and instrunctions. The vet techs cannot answer all the questions and did not seem as knowledgable about the visit as I expected. COmmunication could improve

I came in for urgent care for my kitty on a Sunday. The staff and Dr were wonderful. I had to wait an hour with my hurt kitty in a carrier but I understood it was busy because of urgent care. Thank you for all you guys do.

Of course I was soooo very glad when Dr Siedel came back to practice! Thanks Doc! You are the best! The staff is awesome and I recommend Ark to everyone I know who has a pet they love! Dr Siedel took alot of time with us regarding Roxy s unknown belly rash. I am very pleased with everything about ARK!

Every employee I met with was friendly and helpful, but the pfront desk seemed unorganized... sometimes there were three people at the desk with very few clients waiting, and then there was only one person at the desk with many clients waiting. Maybe have two dedicated people at the front desk at all times?

I found the medicine to be very expensive. Researching afterwards, I found i could get the same script $30 less at Wegmans. I’ll definitely be asking for a script to bring to Wegmans from now on.

I didn t think my yearly exam was that thorough! The new vet came in pet Dakota. Held him while it took 5 pokes to get blood (never been an issue before) and then didn t have much to say other then asking me about bare spot that has had since shortly after I adopted him. I mentioned he has a akin tag under right front arm and the Dr. never looked or acted concerned at all. Barely looked Dakota over at all, no skin check and barely a teeth check with no comments. Disappointed in newbie

I rated you 5 oneverything, however, I can t see where it regestered. Everything was perfect, we felt very comfortable at your office. Thank you for getting Binkie in so soon.

My vet could not take me that day as they were completely booked for a few days and told me come here. Even though my vet gave me the wrong information about walk ins, the staff was very flexible and told me they would see if they could fit me in between appointments if I was willing to wait. I don’t even think I waited 10 or 15 minutes. Everyone was so amazing when my vet was so difficult to get into and everyone here was so flexible to my needs and the needs of my dog. I will be switching vets and I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind.
