Wait time was 45 minutes past appt before I even got into the exam room. No emergencies told that the doctor only had one room.

I have been going to Sunrise Animal Hospital for over a year now since moved to Mount Pearl. My cat is a patient of Dr. Patti Ryan. She is caring, very nice, very good with my cat, sympathetic to hard decisions and a great doctor. I trust her opinions and having her take care of my baby. Dr. Ryan’s assistant Andrea Power is also very nice and is very informative. She takes the time to respond to email questions or concerns that I have had regarding my cat. The staff are all very nice and caring as well which I will always appreciate. Sunrise animal hospital saved my baby’s life when he accidentally ate some Lily plant in February and I will never forget that day. Thank you all so much for the care and respect you have shown me and my cat. I love sunrise animal hospital. I rate it 5 stars or more if there was an option. -Leah Spurrell

We had to wait 8 days to get an apt to get our dogs ear checked for an infection. The dr confirmed it was infected and prescribed antibiotics for two weeks. We have pet insurance but the insurance was not applied during our visit. We now have to directly deal with Trupanion to get our reimbursement which could take up to 8 weeks. It was a long wait time to see the vet and turned into a needlessly expensive visit.

I m not sure if my answers went through but just in case I gave each an excellent rating for my experience with my baby CoCo.

All the staff and doctor were fantastiic. Everything was checked and explained to us about our pet. We were made to feel that Our pet was number one priority. When the office wasn’t busy the staff were busy cleaning the whole area.

The least enjoyable part of the visit is waiting for the bill. If there was a way to speed up that process it would be helpful.

The long wait time was due to 4 emergencies brought in within an hour, which is understandable and I was completely okay with that. Many other people had left angry, without even seeing the Dr. because it was so long. The policy posted is patients are seen in the following order: 1. Emergencies 2. Appointments 3. Walk ins, so people should understand that.

The time it took to get an appt was rather long. Also it seemed like we were being rushed out, we know the doctor is busy. However, I think if we are paying $300+ dollars for a visit...

Dr. Ralhan was excellent. Jamie on the front counter was very sweet and accomodating.

Your service and facilities are excellent I give you a 5 out of 5.However the prices of your pharmaceuticals ARE OUT TO LUNCH on my last visit my invoice was $430.00.I have two dogs and usually visit your office at least one every two months.You should maybe consider special price for loyal customers. unable to get the survey to work properly. I wanted to answer 2,3 AND 4 with 4 and no. 6 with 5. Also, re. no. 5 I believe a follow up appt for re-check should not cost the same as the initial visit and I was unable to get into see my vet for one week- that s not good. I have an old dog and he needs to be seen when necessary

I would like to pass kind words to Andrea Power who is always always informative. She always returns by phone calls and spends her time on the phone explaining stuff to me whenever I ask questions. She is a very knowledgeable, genuine and kind hearted person and I m sure brings a ray of sunshine to every animal she deals with working at Sunrise. She is an excellent assistant to Dr. Ryan who is equally knowledgeable and kind and have treated my dog Carly and myself with kindness and respect since I started bringing Carly there in February, 2018. Respectfully; $300.00 for a ten minute visit and three shots is too much. It is a puppy less than 20lbs? At some point clients will forego treatment for their pets on cost.

Your staff is always very helpful and friendly. I realize you don’t have control over this; but it would be very helpful if medical services and prescriptions were not taxed.

Why not post the price of treats and other items to save us the trouble of asking about it?

We would like to thank Dr. Ryan for always taking time to answer our many questions and her thoughtful and excellent care for our pets. We never feel rushed and really appreciate that.

I couldn t ask for better service and kindness by everyone. Dr. Patti Ryan is awesome and I m so appreciative having her to look after our puppies. Trust her totally.
