The survey wouldn t let me give 5 stars even though I rated every question 5 Stars ? Love Dr Thompson as our Veterinarian ??We could see someone closer in Fond du Lac,yet are so happy with the Care he s given our Puppies & Dogs that it s well worth the drive to have our Furbabies in his hands????

Dr. Thomas was wonderful on getting down to the reason Petie was not feeling well and also explaing it all to me.

I was absolutely pleased with the facility and staff! The time staff took with my dog in checking him out was fantastic. They also explained very well what they were doing every step of the process. I immediately changed clinics that day! Thank you for the care of our dog Booker!

I wouldn t take my boys anywhere else. Duke is always super excited to see his girlfriends. And everyone has been helpful and patient with Cooper as he now too is excited to see his girlfriends when in the beginning not so much. I can never say enough good things.

I love Country Hills and so does Baxter! The facilities are always clean, and the staff is wonderful.

Obviously need more workers, checking out took 30 min...not acceptable. Since Coutry Hills have taken over prices have went up quite a bit.

Dr. Mark is by far the best vet in this area so familiar with multiple breeds. I have never met a vet that is so compassionate and caring. I recommend him to everyone!!

I was so happy with my first visit. I was nervous about switching to a different vet clinic but I am so glad I did! The techs were all very friendly and nice to me and my dog. I absolutely loved Dr. Moenk. He really took his time doing a thorough examination of my pup and even went over the blood results with me during our appointment which I was surprised about. I really liked his calm demeanor and honestly. I left feeling so good about the visit so thank you so so much to everyone on the team!!

Dr. Thompson and his team are always efficient. I get reminders online, and my appointment is always on time, Dr. Thompson is very thorough, and the assistants are very compassionate with my dog.

Both the Dr and nurse got down on floor with my dog to check and treat him.on his level. For some reason my dog was skidish.
