Only issue I had was I asked how much this and that would cost me and no answers were given until it was time to check out. I needed to know costs due to what funds I had for the extras. I thankfully had enough to cover the costs but did not like the waiting til payment to find out

Best place to bring your fur baby for anything! Everyone, from the front desk to the vet techs are super, and Dr. Burno just rocks. He’s my favorite vet. He treats every animal like it’s his own. I couldn’t ask for a better clinic to go to.

The chill protocol worked pretty decent on my super neurotic dog who tries to eat the vet every time so that was nice. We only had to WWE wrestle her a little bit to steal her blood. Vet and tech were super nice even though my gremlin demon dog was terrified of them examining her hurty back leggy. 10/10 love them. Also the meds they gave us work well- she thinks they re treats.

I was sent home with 1 cc syringes topped with a cap which I had to use a pliers to remove. The metronidazole inside the syringe was very resistant to being pushed out quickly as our cat struggled to get away. I ended up transferring the liquid into a 5 cc syringe which came out much more quickly into Beasley s mouth. Beasley also refused to eat his food with the probiotic powder mixed into it. He is very sensitive to changes in his food!
