I ve been coming here the entire time I ve lived here 3 years. I find it a little irritating that it feels like if your not a Klamath native that the staff doesn t have to really get to know your pets. They always get treated well.

Everything was great. I do not ever want to go to another office. One day you ll be open on sundays too and that, in my opinion would be just amazing because then, I would not have to go to another office for emergency visits.

Morning drop-off for routine service (spay/neuter & shots) is busy. Check-in process is time consuming. Rather than wait for staff to enter data, it would be easier if we could pre-fill ALL of the forms at home. Then, upon arrival with the animal, staff could quickly verify the information, enter any necessary service codes, notes, etc, then accept the customer-entered data into the record and obtain initials and signatures. This would be especially helpful when a repeat customer brings multiple animals.

There was no waiting time. They completely checked her over offering advice and were very sweet to my furry friend. They keep her in good health and let me know what is needed done at that time and future visits.

I m sorry I don t know the names of the girls because the vet technician is always very informative she always explains everything to us and we apppriciate that she cares about us and our dogs. Thank you. One of the girls has been there a long time, she is always very nice when we come in.

I was very satisfied with my visit and the way my animal was treated.

They treated my 3 Heeler s at once and to their comfort which was on hands and knees on the floor with treats and baby talk. Instead on the awkward table and forceful. I was very pleased!!

Staff always treats my cat like he is the only patient they have and pamper him like one of their own. I have been going here for at least 8 years and would not go elsewhere. Thanks for making my guy feel special! You are appreciated.

I love this office, the only complaint I have about this time is that the original appointment was made at the wrong time of day for the testing required for my pet. I was scheduled at 5:30pm for a day long blood test.

Excellent service and exam went very well. Assistant was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. Doctor was excellent. Explained everything very well.
