Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We just switched to this location and really love how professional everyone is, and how nice the facility is. The only thing that does stand out to me the prices are a little higher than average (my husband worked at a vet for 7 years). Also, the last time we were there, I wish someone told me how much a x-ray for a dog was. It was not necessary for the issue she had, and I only agreed to it to cover my bases, without any idea how expensive the 5 seconds she was under a machine would cost. When one procedure like that (which I think was $150-200 just by itself) is so expensive, I think the vet should have a duty to disclose that as part of the customer making an informed decision.

Everything was excellent! After Layla s visit she went for her first bath. So sorry I didn t get the name of the young lady that explained about the area and even put Layla in the wash area. She even came in a little later to check on us since she knew it was our first time. Thanks to all, always treated with much kindness

The doctor and staff were very friendly and thorough during the exam and answered all of our questions. Dr. Soverns discussed additional bloodwork to consider since our dog is now a senior. We agreed to the additional tests and Dr. Soverns followed up with us a few days later to discuss the results.
